Villa Charmolipi is located in a secluded yet luxurious resort, a fabulous beachfront hideaway on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan village of Pefkochori.
Villa Charmolipi sits within this exclusive complex of ten villas (each with its own character), offering superior accommodation set amidst fabulous gardens with its own private pool, exclusive for the beachfront villas’ guests. Your villa is located within 200m of the resort’s private beach with pre-reserved sunbeds and beach bar. Within the complex, there is a tennis court, leisure room with games and a ping pong table available to you at all times.
This spacious holiday home is suitable for up to six guests. As you enter on the ground floor, there is an open plan area with fabulously appointed kitchen, seated dining area, a large comfortable sofa bed, occasional table and tv. This stunning room’s outstanding feature has to be the entrance to the terrace, glass the full height of the two floors creating a mezzanine floor for one of the upstairs bedrooms. There is also a bedroom with en-suite facilities and its own terrace.
The upper floor, accessed by an elegant marble staircase is where you find a large shared bathroom and a further two double bedrooms, one with its own balcony.
The villa is beautifully appointed, making use of as many sustainable elements as possible; the stunning wood in the bathrooms, bedroom furniture and the extensive decking around the pool and terrace; brickwork walls within the downstairs open space; fabulous tiling in the bathrooms and floors and the external stonework. The furnishings are all exquisite and of the highest quality, all in gentle neutral tones adding to the contemporary but extremely elegant style of the villa.
Now through the patio doors to the huge, partially covered terrace, perfect for dining, sunbathing and relaxing, the 30m2 swimming pool, barbecue area and garden with extensive lawn. There is screening in place for your privacy while the many young trees and hedges grow to provide a natural barrier.
With its close proximity to the beach and the village, Villa Charmolipi offers everything you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday, whether it be relaxing, or action-packed.

- This villa is part of a complex of three, so while they are all identical in construction, the design of each may vary, and you may be allocated to any of these three upon your arrival
- The accessible ground floor bedroom is only available in two of the three villas, please notify us should you need this feature
- Like in many other parts of Greece, there may be cats walking around the resort, therefore if you're allergic to these, you may wish to choose a different accommodation

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa CharmolipiVilla Charmolipi could not be in a better location. Only 200m from the resort's private beach and a few minutes' ride from the centre of Pefkochori.
Pefkochori is a beautiful old village surrounded by pine and olives trees growing down to the sea. Narrow streets, beautiful gardens, cafés and restaurants provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere, it is also quite lively at night, offering a variety of bars.
There is plenty to choose from if you're looking to try watersports, the villa's beach complex offers equipment and coaching sessions for a variety of sports, should you wish to make use of them.
From Pefkochori you can rent a boat or take a day trip on a sailing boat around Toroneos Bay taking a closer look at what you see from your lounger on the beach. Whichever trip you chose you are likely to head for either Toroni or Porto Koufo where almost all of the fishing boats land their catch. These trips are always informative and allow a stop either for swimming from the boat or for you to pop ashore and explore your port of call.
Not far up the east coast is Afytos perhaps the most unusual traditional village of the Kassandra peninsula. Its uniqueness is not only in its beauty, but also in the historical and natural significance, so much so that the historic centre is now a traffic-free zone. The village is rich in Orthodox Christian structures and stone-built houses, most of which feature some stone inscriptions. Although a resort area with hotels, restaurants and other facilities, Afitos succeeds in preserving its traditional charm. Sitting on a hill above the coast, but still with its own long sandy beach, it assumes an amazing vantage point over the Toroneos Gulf, with splendid views over to Sithonia.
A completely different beach experience is that of Possidi cape on the west side of the Kassandra peninsula. Here there are no loungers, tavernas or beach bars, just you and what you take with you for the day. It is very exposed with little in the way of natural shade so please take your sunscreen! At the end of Possidi beach stands a charming old whitewashed lighthouse. When it was built in 1864, the lighthouse stood very near to the water but now the sea has backed away. The lighthouse is still in use today and has a delightful small flower garden next to it adding to its charm.

Getting There
How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Charmolipi offers the opportunity for a dream family holiday with children. With ten properties on the site, there will be other children for them to make friends with, always a great way to give parents a break.
Sun, sea, sand and a swimming pool in the garden - all a child needs on holiday. Having access to a private beach within 20m is a huge bonus, the sea here is beautifully clear, and there are loads of fish bobbing along the shore for them to see as they gain confidence in the water!
For water sports you would need to head to one of the main beaches close by; sea kayaking in glass-bottomed boats, paddle boarding and snorkelling are all widely available.
Right here on your doorstep in Pefkochori, you have the recently opened Crazyland, the largest water park in Greece. It is an inflatable assault course with various degrees of difficulty suitable for parents and children over six years of age; you are sure to have endless hours of fun here. Although always responsible for the safety of your own children, you have the confidence that all of this is under the supervision of experienced lifeguards.
Should you decide to take that sailing trip from Pefkochori, why not book onto the ‘pirate ship’ trip, your youngsters will be delighted.
Afytos too offers something for teenagers to enjoy, ensuring a fun day out for the whole family. There is a local company in Afytos offering informative and exhilarating off-road safari trips, stopping at lakes, churches and a beautiful bay for some swimming.
