A short drive from the glorious French Riviera beaches of Fréjus, Villa Kailani is a welcoming holiday villa with the most glorious swimming pool and superb summer kitchen.
Surrounded by towering pines and palm trees, Villa Kailani is all about its brilliant outdoor space. The free-form swimming pool, approximately 13x14m, is fantastic and also features a shallow ‘plage’ area for youngsters to splash around whilst older children will adore swimming around the palm tree. A spacious terrace borders the pool, perfect for long days of sunbathing, whilst the upper patio has a table and chairs ideal for a relaxing coffee in the sunshine.
The other pièce de resistance is the shaded summer kitchen and dining area, leading straight out to the poolside terrace and brilliantly equipped with everything you would expect in a standard kitchen! No doubt much of your time at Villa Kailani will be spent dining al-fresco with family or friends.
Inside, the traditional interiors exude warmth and comfort across its wood-beamed lounge, well-equipped indoor kitchen and four bedrooms. The two queen-size double bedrooms on the ground floor have pretty arched windows leading to the poolside terrace whilst upstairs there is a king-size double with its own balcony alongside a characterful twin.
This is a great location for exploring the best of the Côte d'Azur with Fréjus just 6km away whilst easy access to the nearby ‘La Provençale’ means you can find yourself in Cannes within a 40-minute drive or by the vineyards and market towns of Vidauban and Lorgues in just over half an hour. Summer boat trips depart Fréjus towards Saint-Tropez or, for another wonderful day out, you could even drive all the way to Aix-en-Provence in just under 90 minutes to soak up the romantic ambience of this famous University town.
Closer to home, admire the Roman sites and bustling markets of historic Fréjus, enjoy one of the many café terraces in the seaside resort of Saint-Raphaël and make the most of the glorious sandy beaches, seasonal watersports and summer beachside restaurants found along this part of the alluring French Riviera coast.

Villa Kailani is in the Var department of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, just outside the historic town of Fréjus (6km) and a short drive from fine beaches of the French Riviera.
Found at the end of a residential lane with a scattering of houses surrounded by pine trees, you are conveniently close to ‘La Provençale’ A8 autoroute (the road is around 350m away whilst the toll junction is a 5-minute drive away). This means you have easy access to a wealth of destinations along the Cote d’Azur and its hinterland from Cannes, Antibes and Nice in one direction to Vidauban and even Aix-en-Provence in the other.
Closer to home, drive through the outskirts of Fréjus to reach its historic centre in 6km. The town is well known for its Roman heritage and it’s a pleasant place to stroll around, soaking up the historic ambience whilst enjoying terrace cafes and Provençal markets and admiring its grand cathedral and Roman sites – the ancient amphitheatre is still used for summer concerts. The modern-day port is attractive and the other great draw of the town is its glorious beaches. Plage de Fréjus (9km) is loved for its golden sand, seasonal watersports, summer markets and beachside restaurants.
Neighbouring Saint-Raphaël (9km) is an elegant seaside resort with a small harbour surrounded by several restaurants and shops and an old town with many more café terraces and a daily fruit and vegetable market as well as the spacious Jardin Bonaparte near its fantastic beach.
Continue following the coast eastwards and reach Plage d’Agay (15km), an idyllic bay backed by the Esterel hills. This part of the coastline is popular with walkers exploring the Massif de l’Esterel – come across pretty creeks and sensational scenery as you hike.
Further afield, driving via the ‘La Provençale’ or taking the 40-minute coastal train ride from Gare de Fréjus, Cannes (40km) is a wonderful day out with its glitzy marina, historic old quarter, upmarket restaurants, palm-lined beaches and of course Le Palais des Festivals. Continue onwards to the beautiful old town in Antibes (50km), the coastal scenery of Cap d’Antibes and the chic resort of Juan-les-Pins (49km), especially loved by Parisians in the height of the summer.
In the other direction, drive to the beautiful Dracénie region with the Argens River for canoeing and kayaking, vineyard tours and visits to pretty villages and market towns such as Vidauban (30km) and Lorgues (39km). You could even venture all the way to Aix-en-Provence (120km), just under a 90-minute drive away, a University town which has inspired artists, including Cézanne, over the many years.
Not forgetting Saint-Tropez (42km) of course – boat trips depart from Fréjus’ marina in the summer months or the gorgeous fishing village with a glitzy reputation is around an hour away by car if the traffic is light.
