Sitting on the third floor of the prestigious Carré Blanc residence, this stylish four bedroom home brings together generous living spaces, warm alpine décor and thoughtful modern comforts, creating an ideal base for a group of up to eight.

The open plan living area is the welcoming centre of the apartment, featuring a comfortable lounge, a sociable dining space and a fully equipped kitchen complete with fondue and raclette sets for cosy evenings in. Large windows capture the snowy surroundings and open onto two furnished balconies, perfect for admiring the mountain scenery at any time of day. Each of the bedrooms has been designed with comfort in mind, including two doubles with ensuite bathrooms and a flexible trundle room that suits families or mixed groups.

Skiers will appreciate how streamlined every day becomes here. The Tovets piste is only a short stroll away, allowing guests to reach the snow with ease, while the Grangettes gondola sits just moments from the residence and provides quick access to Courchevel 1850. Returning home is just as simple thanks to the apartment’s two ski lockers, each fitted with boot warmers. After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind in the residence’s fitness area or visit the onsite sauna and treatment rooms for a little extra relaxation.

Apartment Ventina enjoys an exceptional position in Courchevel Village, placing guests within easy reach of the vast 3 Valleys ski area. The Tovets piste sits just a short stroll from the residence, allowing skiers to step onto the snow with minimal effort each morning. From here, the Grangettes gondola provides quick and simple access to Courchevel 1850, opening up a huge network of runs that suit every level, from confident intermediates to first-time skiers. The convenience of travelling between altitude stations makes the location particularly appealing for families and mixed groups.

Courchevel Village itself offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, with a traditional alpine feel that contrasts beautifully with the buzz of the larger resort levels above. Guests will find a selection of restaurants, bakeries and shops within moments of the apartment, making it easy to enjoy relaxed après-ski or pick up any essentials. Ski hire outlets sit close by, helping streamline the first morning on the slopes.

Getting to and around

Courchevel is made up of six satellite villages, each with their own distinct style and atmosphere, and picturesque forest roads to lead you in-between. Most well known is the illustrious Courchevel 1850 with its reputation for exclusivity and an A-List clientele. 1850 is certainly the place to go for five-star hotels, swanky bars and extravagant nightlife.

The other Courchevel villages (such as Courchevel Moriond) have a much more laid back vibe and are certainly the more affordable choice. The skiing in Courchevel is split into four levels and you can take an excellent free ski bus in between. At the resort itself you have 150 kilometres of pistes at your feet and while you can get a Courchevel lift-pass you can also ski the whole of the 3 Valleys with an area-pass. Since the slopes here face north, the snow at Courchevel is more reliable than elsewhere in the Three Valleys.

Courchevel pistes are absolutely unrivaled, meticulously maintained and perfectly positioned to align with the landscape. With its highest lift at 2740m altitude, Courchevel is exceptionally good for high altitude skiing with incredible alpine views, and the most impressive runs are best suited for intermediate and advanced skiers.

But for the little ones just finding their snow legs, the resort has a fantastic children’s village where they can learn in a stress-free environment. Ski season here lasts until late April and even if you prefer not to ski at all, you’ll be well entertained with everything from scenic walks to classical music concerts.

In the evenings, the Courchevel night skies are lit up by spectacular firework displays that could get anyone in the mood for a night on the town. The bars here are a good mix of casual and upmarket, so there’s plenty for all tastes to enjoy when it comes to après-ski.

Courchevel also has a well-earned reputation for being the best ski resort when it comes to gastronomy.
