Booking Process
Step 1: Tell Us What They’re Dreaming Of
Browse our collection using filters to narrow things down, or send us your client’s brief and we’ll do the searching for you. Our team will come back with a thoughtfully curated shortlist that fits their style, budget and wish list.

Step 2: Reserve the Perfect Villa
Book online yourself or ask us to handle it for you. All bookings are on request – we personally confirm availability with the owner before securing the stay. Need a little breathing space? Bookings are fully cancellable within 48 hours.

Step 3: Finalise & Personalise
Once accepted, the reservation is logged in your account. Pay by card or bank transfer, either net (deduct your commission upfront) or gross. You’ll receive full confirmation details and we can begin arranging any concierge extras

Step 4: Let Them Unwind
Arrival information is shared ahead of time and you’ll be introduced to the owner or property manager. We remain on hand for anything needed – while your clients focus on enjoying a very special stay.

We offer generous, competitive commission on every confirmed booking. Our structure is simple and transparent – designed to properly reward you for every successful client placement.
And the best part? You don’t have to wait until after travel to be paid. We’re proud to offer full commission once the client’s balance has been received, always 12 weeks before travel. If a booking is referred to us rather than managed directly by you, a referral commission of 5% will apply.

To access your account, head to the top right-hand corner of our website and select Agent. Since agent bookings are made using the agent’s email address, you’ll see those bookings under your login. You can also save your favorite properties and easily view all of your bookings here.
You asked for an agent portal, and we listened! We’re excited to be launching the Oliver’s Travels Agent Portal later in 2026, with improved search functionality and even more features designed to make booking easier.
We can’t book flights on your behalf, but we can certainly help with the search for good deals! Once you’ve booked your villa, kindly submit a Concierge Form.
If you let us know more than 12 weeks before your intended departure date, then we’re happy to refund you the balance of your holiday. Unfortunately, we’re not able to refund the deposit you paid to secure your booking.
ATOL bonding relates exclusively to package holidays (accommodation with flights, car hire etc). We offer ‘accommodation only’ so an ATOL bond requirement does not apply.
Yes! Whether you’re looking for an in-house chef for the week, a dream snorkelling trip or private golf lessons, we can assist by recommending activities and trips. To find out more, fill out our Concierge Form and we’ll work our magic.
