Nestled in the hills surrounding the famous city Split is the stunning four-bedroomed villa Seven. Surrounded by an unspoiled landscape of mountains covered in pine trees leading down to the panoramic view of the beloved city Spilt and Adriatic Coast, this villa is designed to take your breath away.

Sleeping eight guests you will all feel at peace from the moment you arrive.
As you walk up the steps to the main patio, you can see the city unfold below you as the Adriatic Sea glitters ahead. An outdoor pool centers the main patio surrounded by cushioned sunbeds welcoming you in. A small garden runs the perimeter of the villa while a comfortable outside lounge area lies at the very front, facing the sea with large glass double doors guiding you inside.

The ground floor consists of a spacious, open plan living room, perfect for all the family to be together. The luxury finishes outside continue within. A spacious lounge greets you, reflecting the calming waves of the sea with hints of blue and emerald in the decor. A turquoise corner couch hugs the far wall as coastal paintings hang on the walls. Two glass coffee tables stand on the wooden flooring which runs throughout the open plan communal space. A marble effect wall is a host to a flat-screen TV and a long modern fireplace underneath- adding warmth to the evenings.

The calming blues are replaced with fiery reds as you walk into the dining room and kitchen, separated by a marble island. Eight crimson velvet chairs are seated around a circular dining table with copper bubble lighting above. Your evenings will be filled with laughter as you gather here in the evenings, exchanging stories of the day's events and planning the next adventures. The kitchen sits on the opposite side of the room. Rich wooden cabinets warm the space and frame the modern charcoal kitchen appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Across the hallway is a fitness room with a treadmill, weights, a Pilates ball, and most importantly, air-conditioning. A spa room next door houses a jacuzzi, seating up to five guests, perfect for unwinding in the evenings with a glass of bubbles. A separate family bathroom is also on the ground with a shower and laundry facilities including a washing machine and a dryer.

Marble floors lead you up to the first floor to all four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms face the coastline. Floor to ceiling windows frames the panoramic views of the sea which you will be able to enjoy from a private balcony with comfortable seating. Meanwhile, the bedroom towards the back of the villa highlights the impressive mountainous backdrop. Bold colours distinguish the different bedrooms creating a sleek yet playful interior for this property.

Ensuites accompany each room. Professionally finished, each ensuite has a walk-in shower, a marble feature wall, elegant mirrors, and natural light. All bedrooms come equipped with hairdryers, cable tv, Wi-Fi, towels, and air conditioning, ready to make yourself at home. On request, two of the king-sized beds can be split into two singles- ideal for friends or children sharing.
Soft lighting glows around the patio and villa in the evening as you look out over the twinkling lights of Split. An outdoor dining table with a wood fireplace and barbeque is tucked at the back of the property. Stay warm and cosy as you enjoy a delish al-fresco meal under the stars.

Services that can be requested at an additional cost include: ordering a grocery delivery from the comfort of your sofa, an in-villa private chef and an in-house massage from a professional masseuse. And if that wasn’t enough explore the Adriatic Sea and gain sailing experience by hiring a sailing boat (+skipper) or take a boat tour to explore the neighbouring islands.

Villa Seven is ideally located. With easy access to the vibrant city Spilt but far enough to enjoy the peace, away from the crowds, making it easier to unwind at the end of the day. Locally, there is plenty to see. The medieval fortress Fortress Klis is a mere 1.5km away, just north of the village Klis. For those who were hooked for eight seasons, this was used as a backdrop on several scenes from Game of Thrones. Experience the battle-worn stone walls yourself with a Game of Thrones guided tour which will explain all there is to know.

On a practical note, the local supermarket is only 1.5 km away from the villa with restaurants and pubs at a similar distance. A bigger supermarket is 2.4km away but with the luxury of being able to order your shopping from your phone while you unpack you may not need to find this store.

Villa Seven is only eleven km from the heart of the famous Split, Croatia’s second-largest city. With bricked architecture that dates back nearly two thousand years ago, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city. See how the people of Split have reclaimed a Roman Emperors’ home when visiting Diocletian’s Palace. Surrounded by high columns, detailed entrances and imposing arches you can immerse yourself in the past while exploring a host of shops, bars and cafes that now reside within its walls. It’s not difficult to find either as its walls are integrated into the narrow streets of the old town, merging the palace into the rest of the city. The alleys create a maze into the past, with detailed bricked architecture withstanding all that has come after its erection, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city.

The Adriatic Sea is a cooling break from the Croatian sunshine. Dance and swim in the shallows of the cooling waters or enjoy the rays from the shore of several beaches along the coast. There are peddle boat rentals available if you wanted to take a spin on the waters, or delve deeper and bring snorkels to see the colours and home of the creatures who live below the surface. For the more adventurous ones, there are many water sports activities dotted along the coast including water skiing, parasailing, scuba diving and boat trips.

Island hopping is a great way to spend a day submersing yourself in the uniqueness of the Adriatic coast. Neighbouring islands of Brač, Vis and Korčula offer their heritage and way of life. Filled with hidden coves, white sandy beaches, fishing villages and ancient woodland, they are easily accessible for a day’s adventure via ferry.

Plus with the bonus of an in house chef at a extra cost, you can spend even more time together in the sunshine. A cot and highchair are also available upon request for the newest members of the family.
Nearby there is a ruined fort which is good way to spend a morning before heading back to the villa to make a splash in the pool. The nearby city Spilt has plenty of entertainment. Get absorbed by the culture, activities and food as you negotiate the narrow streets.

The Adriatic Sea is a playground for their adventurous minds. Explore it with boat rides and kayaking tours or see what’s under the surface and go snorkelling!
