Overview
Nestled in the hills surrounding the famous city Split is the stunning four-bedroomed villa Seven. Surrounded by an unspoiled landscape of mountains covered in pine trees leading down to the panoramic view of the beloved city Spilt and Adriatic Coast, this villa is designed to take your breath away.
Sleeping eight guests you will all feel at peace from the moment you arrive.
As you walk up the steps to the main patio, you can see the city unfold below you as the Adriatic Sea glitters ahead. An outdoor pool centers the main patio surrounded by cushioned sunbeds welcoming you in. A small garden runs the perimeter of the villa while a comfortable outside lounge area lies at the very front, facing the sea with large glass double doors guiding you inside.
The ground floor consists of a spacious, open plan living room, perfect for all the family to be together. The luxury finishes outside continue within. A spacious lounge greets you, reflecting the calming waves of the sea with hints of blue and emerald in the decor. A turquoise corner couch hugs the far wall as coastal paintings hang on the walls. Two glass coffee tables stand on the wooden flooring which runs throughout the open plan communal space. A marble effect wall is a host to a flat-screen TV and a long modern fireplace underneath- adding warmth to the evenings.
The calming blues are replaced with fiery reds as you walk into the dining room and kitchen, separated by a marble island. Eight crimson velvet chairs are seated around a circular dining table with copper bubble lighting above. Your evenings will be filled with laughter as you gather here in the evenings, exchanging stories of the day's events and planning the next adventures. The kitchen sits on the opposite side of the room. Rich wooden cabinets warm the space and frame the modern charcoal kitchen appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Across the hallway is a fitness room with a treadmill, weights, a Pilates ball, and most importantly, air-conditioning. A spa room next door houses a jacuzzi, seating up to five guests, perfect for unwinding in the evenings with a glass of bubbles. A separate family bathroom is also on the ground with a shower and laundry facilities including a washing machine and a dryer.
Marble floors lead you up to the first floor to all four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms face the coastline. Floor to ceiling windows frames the panoramic views of the sea which you will be able to enjoy from a private balcony with comfortable seating. Meanwhile, the bedroom towards the back of the villa highlights the impressive mountainous backdrop. Bold colours distinguish the different bedrooms creating a sleek yet playful interior for this property.
Ensuites accompany each room. Professionally finished, each ensuite has a walk-in shower, a marble feature wall, elegant mirrors, and natural light. All bedrooms come equipped with hairdryers, cable tv, Wi-Fi, towels, and air conditioning, ready to make yourself at home. On request, two of the king-sized beds can be split into two singles- ideal for friends or children sharing.
Soft lighting glows around the patio and villa in the evening as you look out over the twinkling lights of Split. An outdoor dining table with a wood fireplace and barbeque is tucked at the back of the property. Stay warm and cosy as you enjoy a delish al-fresco meal under the stars.
Services that can be requested at an additional cost include: ordering a grocery delivery from the comfort of your sofa, an in-villa private chef and an in-house massage from a professional masseuse. And if that wasn’t enough explore the Adriatic Sea and gain sailing experience by hiring a sailing boat (+skipper) or take a boat tour to explore the neighbouring islands.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesIt’ll be hard to pack your kids into the car for the airport after the adventure of a lifetime.
Villa Seven is self-contained and private, meaning you wont be over looked while creating those important family memories. The inclusion of a table tennis table, PS4/5, Wi-Fi, and TV is enough to keep everyone entertained and that’s not even including the adventures outside.
Children will love the private pool to make a splash in. Plus, with the luxury of it being heated, you can ensure it is the perfect temperature for them all day long. Parents with smaller children should be cautious, however, as there are no barriers between the property and the pool so keep an eye on if their little feet take them too close to the pool unsupervised.
The ground floor living area is designed to bring everyone together. Enjoy meal times around circular dining table, trading stories of the day’s events and hear the excitement in their voices of what the next day will bring. Plus with the bonus of an in house chef at a extra cost, you can spend even more time together in the sunshine. Upstairs, two of the king sized beds can convert to two single beds (upon request prior to arrival) which is ideal for youngers sharing a room; you won’t have to settle any battles for the duvet! A cot and highchair are also available upon request for the newest members of the family.
Nearby there is a ruined fort which is good way to spend a morning before heading back to the villa to make a splash in the pool. The nearby city Spilt has plenty of entertainment. Get absorbed by the culture, activities and food as you negotiate the narrow streets.
The Adriatic Sea is a playground for their adventurous minds. Explore it with boat rides and kayaking tours or see what’s under the surface and go snorkelling! For the older ones there’s an abundance of water sports including paragliding while you island hop around the coastline. Please note some water sports have age restrictions so please check before booking
