Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Esse makes for wonderful family accommodation, with plenty of space both inside and out, a private pool to enjoy, and peace of mind in the form of fenced in grounds and video surveillance. If you’re staying with very young children it’s important to be aware that there are a couple of first floor terraces, stairs both indoors and out, and that the pool doesn’t have a fence or barrier. It is, however, easily accessed by steps rather than a ladder, so well-supervised children will have no end of fun splashing about to their heart’s content. It’s also important to know that all 4 bedrooms are doubles, and that one of them is located on the ground floor - so if you are a large family it might not be possible to all be sleeping in the same vicinity.
The villa is well-equipped for young guests, with TV’s in every room, WiFi, air conditioning and even a games console. There’s also a highchair within the villa, and plenty of shaded outdoor space in which to eat and relax.
For children, holidays are all about the beach, and luckily for guests at Villa Esse there’s one right on your doorstep. The beach at Podstrana stretches for over 6km, so you’re bound to find an uncrowded spot. It is mostly pebble, but with some small sandy areas - offering the best of both worlds. Beach shoes are recommended on most beaches in the region to protect little feet, and they are available readily and cheaply in many of the shops you’ll find in the area if you haven’t brought your own. The water here tends to be fairly shallow, ideal for kids, and is beautifully clean and crystal clear. Natural shade can be hard to find, although there is always the possibility of renting parasols as well as sun loungers along many stretches of the beach.
You’ll find no end of cafes and restaurants in Podstrana, catering to all tastes, with dishes prepared according to local recipes. With a choice of local taverns, seafood restaurants and pizzerias you’re sure to find something to tempt even the fussiest eater.

Beautiful Villa!
We had an amazing stay and were very comfortable in Villa Esse. It’s about 5 minutes away from the beach by foot. From the Villa you have a perfect view that allows you to take in the spectacular sunsets. The pool is very relaxing and perfect for a chill day. In September just a little bit to cold. The house was very clean. Our host did a great job, she was always there for us.

Wonderful
We enjoyed a great vacation at this beautiful and modern house. The owners are very kind and we were able to contact them via WhatsApp at ever time. The pool is beautiful, the fire place is perfect for BBQ and the kitchen is equipped with the most important things. Every room has an air condition and own bathroom. The beach and a very small supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away. If you stay at the villa you should ask the agency for the contact to the Chef Martin Nane Grubiša. He came to our house and served us a perfect dinner. We also went to his place at the beach for one more dinner.

A lovley stay!
We had a lovely stay at the Villa Esse. The house is very big with a lot of space, and a very nice and luxury interior, inside it was probably the best house we have ever been in. Also outside you've got a very nice pool and enough space. For having dinner outside, the fireplace is maybe too hot in Summer, we only had breakfast there. The way to the closest beach is only 5min by foot. The owners are very kind and care for everything you need, they even filled the refrigerator before we arrived late in the evening. Recommend!!!
