Surrounded by the rolling green countryside of the Istrian Peninsula, Villa Irisia offers a stylish and serene escape just five kilometres from the coastal town of Umag. Completed in 2023, this contemporary villa pairs sleek design with high-end amenities, all within easy reach of local villages, hiking trails, and nearby beaches.
Inside, an open-plan living and dining space flows effortlessly onto the garden, with floor-to-ceiling windows, plush furnishings, and a Smart TV creating a welcoming hub. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and features a wine fridge for enthusiasts. Four spacious bedrooms span two floors, each with en-suite bathrooms. One ground-floor suite enjoys garden access, while two upstairs doubles open onto a private terrace with a Jacuzzi and lounge area.
