Outside, the large mosaic-tiled pool boasts Roman steps for easy access and possesses contemporary sun loungers that are waiting to be reclined on. Sleek daybeds on the pool patio are where you can indulge in day naps in the sunshine. Also beside the pool, guests will find a stylish dining area for eight where meals amongst friends & family can be savoured under the stars and prepared on the exterior barbecue.
Villa Kallista comfortably sleeps up to 12 people across its five large bedrooms and boasts five large bathrooms. The home would suit two groups of families or friends holidaying together.
The ground floor comprises of rich colours, stylish contemporary pieces, plush furnishings and marble floors. Intriguing, bright and unique artworks decorate the interior walls and complement the home’s modern colourful furnishings. The home is artistically designed so those with an appreciation for art will love this villa. The cosy yet tastefully styled living area features glossy marble floors, pretty house plants and an elegant glass fireplace. Nights around the flat screen can be enjoyed all year round. The area also has two casual dining areas with access to the veranda via large glass doors. The interior on the first floor is both cosy and elegant.

Sveti Jakov beach is a sparkling bay located in Dubrovnik. The picturesque bay is ideal for kids who wish to run around with the sand in between their toes and paddle in the dazzling turquoise waters. There are plenty of sunbeds to rent while the kids play around.
