With five stylish bedrooms and thoughtfully designed living spaces across four floors, this is the perfect retreat for groups seeking a mix of luxury, location and laid-back living.

On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area welcomes you with warm wooden accents and a sociable layout. A large dining table seating six, a sleek kitchen and a guest WC make this space ideal for relaxed gatherings. You will also find an en-suite double bedroom on this floor.

Upstairs, three en-suite bedrooms – one king-size and two doubles – each offer sea views and private shower rooms. The master suite occupies the second floor and boasts a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, and stunning vistas of the coast and Dubrovnik. This floor also features a sauna, second lounge, and balcony access for added privacy and indulgence.

The top floor is designed for wellness and relaxation, with a private gym opening onto a terrace complete with a hot tub and sunbeds. Outside, a 21m² private pool, sun loungers, alfresco seating, a shower and a barbecue area invite guests to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.

While Villa Adola does not offer private parking, a public garage is just 100m away with a daily rate of €40 per vehicle.

  • Please note, parking is not available at this villa. There is parking available close to the villa however this is at an extra charge of €40 per day.
  • Please be mindful of children playing around the pool as there is no fence.
  • Dubrovnik can get very busy during the summer months due to cruise ships, we recommend exploring either early in the morning or late afternoons.
  • There is a concierge team available to help with reservations, boat trip, transfers and much more.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
