Step inside and you’ll be welcomed into a contemporary open-plan living space with panoramic sea views. The impressive Scavolini kitchen seamlessly blends classic charm with modern design and forms the heart of the home. With fresh local ingredients and cookbooks provided, you can prepare delicious, authentic meals to enjoy together. There is a large dining table seating twelve guests, alongside access to the villa’s luxury wine cellar, stocked with international and local wines, including some organic, homegrown varieties from Brač’s vineyards.

From the luxurious sofa area, guests can socialise as a group or simply unwind while gazing out across the ocean. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one twin room and one double bedroom featuring a fabulous Jacuzzi bath. These rooms share a bathroom and are complemented by a striking indoor garden with bougainvillea. This area opens onto a further garden space with sea views and direct access to the swimming pool. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, each with its own private bathroom and outdoor area, ideal for reading or relaxing while enjoying the magnificent sea views.

Outside, Villa Katarina continues to impress with multiple outdoor dining areas for al-fresco meals, as well as a fully equipped outdoor stone kitchen. Tucked in the backyard kids can enjoy the sandbox, small seesaw, and a kid sized tennis table. There is also a charming spot just below the olive tree, from which parents can sit and watch their youngest ones’ splash in a hand carved outdoor stone tub!
