Nestled on the island of Brac, Villa Josie offers a contemporary stay for eleven guests on one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic Sea.

We are so excited to introduce you to Villa Josie, which is still in the process of being completed. Being a new build, the villa will be fresh, clean and ready to make the memories together that last a lifetime.

High white washed walls greet you at you pull up to the villa. Upon entering the villa, you immediately enter a secluded courtyard. A heated outdoor pool centres the courtyard while comfortable white sunbeds and lounge chairs are scattered around the patio- there is plenty of space to unwind. Olive and citrus trees line the edge, adding a refreshing splash of green to the predominantly white surfaces. Cool off from a morning sunbathing with an refreshing outdoor shower. A outdoor cinema is set up for you all to gather together and watch your favourite movie under a canopy of stars.

Floor to ceiling glass doors links the patio to the inside of the villa. Once inside, there is a spacious, minimalist open plan living area. The lounge lies on one side, with a warm wood-panelled wall hosting a flat-screen TV. A grey corner couch faces the wall with a terracotta rug and patterned cushions creates a homey finish.

The kitchen and dining table are on the opposite side of the room. Wooden cupboards and kitchen appliances run along the back wall with a marble top along the side. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher as well as modern luxuries of a coffee maker, juicer and toaster. At an additional cost, you can stock the shelves from your phone by ordering your groceries online and booking a delivery time that suits you. Or hire an in-house chef to cater to your every culinary need. A generous wooden dining table seating twelve wire chairs stand in the centre of the kitchen. Wicker lampshades hang above with contemporary black lights illuminating the kitchen and lounge.

Off the hallway, there is a Finnish sauna- perfect after a long day exploring the glorious coast line. Laundry facilities and a family bathroom are also on the ground floor.

Upstairs you can find five bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a stand-alone bath in the corner of the room. Colourful, abstract pictures hang on the wall above the neutral headboard, adding a playful, homey finish. Three double rooms with queen-sized beds are on the same floor. All bedrooms have ensuites, plenty of storage and minimalist décor. Two of the queen bed bedrooms have window seats, giving you a peaceful moment to unwind with your favourite read. The fifth bedroom is perfect for children sharing. Three single beds are stacked together, one raised above the other two. Airconditioning and Wi-Fi flows throughout the villa.

A professional masseuse is on hand to take to last of your stresses away at an additional cost. Or have a hand at the open sea and hire a sailing boat and skipper at an additional cost or an organised boat tour to explore the Adriatic Sea. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
You’re not just staying in Villa Josie but on the island of Brac. A vibrant and peaceful island, full of character and untouched natural beauty; it’s the perfect getaway. With plenty of activities, tours and places to choose from, you will come away wishing you stayed longer.

Situated in the centre of Supetar, a northern town on the island of Brac, lies the Villa Josie. Famed for its white pebbled beaches and preserved architecture, Brač is the ideal place to explore, witness its deep history and enjoy the local cuisine. Stoned walls and buildings guide you along its rustic roads and streets, giving you a different perspective of the coastline. The island's largest town, Supetar has accessible links to the beloved city Split by ferry and an abundance of cafes, restaurants and narrow streets to explore.

Mountain biking and hiking are popular and the island is well equipped to accommodate them. Home to the highest peak of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea, Vidova Gora. Once at the top, you will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the coastline and the islands that inhabit the sea. Brac is also home to one of the most spectacular beaches. Also known as the golden cape by many travel articles, Zlatni Rat beach is a natural beach with the clear water of the sea surrounding the white sands on both sides of the peninsula.

If you are up for an adventure further out to sea, sail around the island or take a kayaking tour- enjoying the calm of hidden coves and bays and view the island from a new perspective. Take swims in the cooling waves or snorkel to get a look at the colourful world under the surface. Go one step further and take lessons in scuba diving, exploring shipwrecks and the sea bed up close with a qualified instructor. With something for everyone to enjoy it is worth booking these excursions before your holiday to avoid disappointment.

Less than an hour ferry ride is the famed city of Split. With bricked architecture that dates back nearly two thousand years ago, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city. See how the people of Split have reclaimed a Roman Emperors’ home when visiting Diocletian’s Palace. Surrounded by high columns, detailed entrances and imposing arches you can immerse yourself in the past while exploring a host of shops, bars and cafes that now reside within its walls. It’s not difficult to find either as its walls are integrated into the narrow streets of the old town, merging the palace into the rest of the city. The alleys create a maze into the past, with detailed bricked architecture withstanding all that has come after its erection, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city.
