Casa Vista offers a spacious and contemporary retreat overlooking the stunning Adriatic Coast on Croatia’s Brac Island. This two-storey, detached traditional Brac stone villa boasts modern amenities and a serene sea view setting, comfortably accommodating up to fourteen guests, ideal for a large family holiday or a group of friends sharing.
The ground floor welcomes guests with an open-plan living space that seamlessly connects to the pool terrace. It features a well-appointed seating area with sofas, coffee tables, chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area offers seating for ten, and the ultra-modern kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including that must-have morning coffee maker.
The house comprises of six ensuite bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged in three sets of two. The bedrooms feature a combination of king-size and twin beds, all with ensuite bathrooms and some with balconies offering either sea or garden views.
The outdoor spaces of Casa Vista are equally impressive, with beautifully maintained sea-view gardens and a generous sun deck surrounding a 40-square-meter heated infinity pool. Comfortable cushioned sun loungers, shady parasols, and an outdoor shower provide relaxation by the pool. There’s also a cosy outdoor seating area and dining sets for al fresco meals. For families, the property offers a children’s playground, a small pool, a bouncy trampoline, and a badminton set. There is a wood-burning barbecue for grilling enthusiasts.
The villa is equipped with all the essential amenities, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout and a spacious 120-square-meter garage for parking. Guests can feel secure with a safe deposit box and enjoy entertainment with the satellite TVs already preloaded with Netflix. Practical features include mosquito screens, a dishwasher, a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, blender, and an ice maker are all available for your convenience.
