Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to Enter

1. The competition will run for six consecutive weeks, beginning at 09:00 GMT on Monday 10 November 2025 and closing at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 21 December 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
   ii. Each prize draw runs weekly from Monday (09:00) to Sunday (23:59). A new prize will be launched every Monday.
   iii. To enter, participants must sign up via the competition form on www.oliverstravels.com, providing their details as requested.
   iv. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

Eligibility

1. The competition is open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 years or over.
   ii. The competition is not open to employees of Oliver’s Travels, its brand partners, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, including their immediate families or households.
   iii. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age, identity, and residency. Failure to provide suitable evidence may result in disqualification.

The Prize:

• Week 5 (8–14 Dec): A £250 Brora voucher plus a 3-night stay at Cameron North Lodge.

General Prize Conditions

1. Each prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   ii. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any element of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value.
   iii. All Oliver’s Travels vouchers must be redeemed in line with the normal booking terms and conditions listed on the property page of the chosen villa.
   iv. For villa stays, standard Oliver’s Travels property booking conditions apply, including damage deposit pre-authorisation, advance booking requirements, and exclusion dates

Week 5: Oliver’s Travels – Cameron North Lodge Prize Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By redeeming this prize, the winner is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in addition to the main Oliver’s Travels 6 Weeks of Christmas Competition Terms & Conditions.

The Prize

i. The prize is a 3-night stay at Cameron North Lodge  for up to 4 guests.
ii. The stay is self-catering accommodation only.

iii. The stay includes up to £200 for travel expenses.
v. The prize is courtesy of Oliver’s Travels.

Booking Conditions

i. The stay must be booked through Oliver’s Travels and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
ii. The prize excludes the following dates:

• Christmas and New Year period
• June, July, August
• November
• All UK Bank Holidays

iii. The stay must be redeemed within 12 months of the prize being awarded.
iv. The stay must be booked at least six weeks in advance of the intended arrival date.
v. Standard Oliver’s Travels property booking terms apply, including:

vi. Provision of a valid credit card for pre-authorisation as a damage deposit (no charge will be made unless damage occurs).

vii. Compliance with the house rules and property terms listed on the Cameron North Lodge property page https://www.oliverstravels.com/britain-ireland/scotland/loch-lomond-and-the-trossachs/cameron-north-lodge/.

viii. Transport must be booked by the prize winner within 48 hours of booking the villa, and the invoice must be sent over to Oliver’s Travels via email in order to be reimbursed. Oliver’s Travel are not responsible for any transport cancellations or changes.

Exclusions

i. The prize does not include travel, insurance, food, drinks, or any additional services or extras not expressly stated as part of the prize.
ii. The winner and guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the property.

General

i. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
ii. In the unlikely event that Cameron North Lodge is no longer available through Oliver’s Travels at the time of booking, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the accommodation with an alternative property of equal or greater value.
iii. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice in exceptional circumstances.
iv. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize or these terms.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received each week.
   ii. Winners will be contacted by email by 31 December 2025.
   iii. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to another entrant selected at random.
   iv. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data Protection

i. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: Oliver’s Travels Privacy Policy.
ii. By entering, participants consent to Oliver’s Travels contacting them regarding this competition and, where marketing permissions have been granted, for future promotions and offers.

General

i. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, interruption, or otherwise.
ii. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
iii. The Promotion and these terms are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
