Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

1. The competition runs from 13th until 26^th October 2025. Entrants must enter via the online form.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The competition is open to residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Oliver’s Travels, Chelsea Peers, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

THE PRIZE

1. The prize does not include travel insurance and excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
2. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is no longer available with Oliver’s Travels a replacement villa will be provided of equal or greater value.
3. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. OLIVER’S TRAVELS ACCOMMODATION

3 Nights at Hilltop Lodge, Scottish Highlands

1. Win a 3 nights stay for 4 people at Hilltop Lodge courtesy of Oliver’s Travels. Including transport fees*.

3. The prize must be taken by 31^st October 2026, dates are subject to availability and exclude the following periods: June, July and the Christmas/New Year period.
4. Hilltop Lodge should be booked at least six weeks in advance of the preferred departure date. Lead guest will need to be 30 years or older and provide credit card details before the stay, which will be a pre-authorisation with no charge subject to a damage inspection on departure.

CHELSEA PEERS PRIZE

1. The prize includes a £500 voucher to spend at Chelsea Peers.
2. A digital voucher will be sent to the winner via email.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS*

1. The prize includes transport fees up to the value of £250 in total.
2. The transport must be booked by the prize winner and the invoice must be sent over to Oliver’s Travels via email in order to be reimbursed.
3. Oliver’s Travel are not responsible for any transport cancellations or changes.
