The magnificent Greenwich Hall holds a wonderful location set in one of South East London’s premier addresses in the popular suburb of Eltham. While those fortunate enough to enjoy a stay here are just a short journey from the bright lights of Central London, the excellent near-by road links will allow you to escape the city and head down to the coast with Whitstable, Brighton and Camber Sands all within easy reaching distance.
Greenwich Hall is a completely unique home, with its oak panelling, original tiled flooring and chandeliers it possesses endless charm and character while boasting contemporary and luxurious interiors throughout. The Hall can comfortably sleep up to twenty-two guests across its nine beautifully-appointed bedrooms, the accommodation is split between the main house, which can sleep fourteen plus an additional two children, and the cottage, which can sleep a further six.
In the main house, the ground floor is home to the impressive entertaining areas which make it the ideal venue for a family reunion or get-together with plenty of space for the whole group to socialise together. These comprise of a bright drawing room, a library, a quirky orangery and a wood-panelled drawing room while the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining hall means that having too many chefs won’t be a problem here! There is plenty to keep the whole group busy without even leaving the house whether you prefer to chill out in the sauna, work up a sweat in the gym or enjoy a competitive game of pool or darts in the games room, there is something for all ages.
Upstairs, on the first floor are the first four bedrooms, a master suite complete with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a children’s room with two singles. There are a further three bedrooms on this level, a king and a double room, each with en-suite facilities as well as the medieval suite with king-size bed. On the second floor is the penthouse suite, here there is a king-size en-suite room, as well as an en-suite twin room, with a double sofa bed available in the lounge. In the cottage are a further three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, each complete with en-suite facilities.
The outside space at Greenwich Hall is an equally impressive with half an acre of garden, the younger children will enjoy the addition of the climbing frame, trampoline and swings, while the older ones are bound to enjoy a game of table tennis. On Summer evenings, the terrace makes the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal al fresco.
* Please note that the price for 14 will only give you access to the main house (which sleeps a maximum of 14 adults & 2 additional children). In order to have access to both the main house and cottage to sleep 22 you will need to pay the higher rate.

What you should know…
- Small children should be supervised at all times when using the play equipment and trampoline in the garden and should not have access to the sauna
- The accommodation is split between the main house and additional cottage and while this is ideal for two families holidaying together, it may not suit all groups
