Superiorly designed, Grand Cliff Ungasan's architecture has been finished with a world-class contemporary layout. Marble stone and ceramics, use of sun capturing glass and a multitude of wood designs alongside, airy light interiors add to the premier ambience this villa captures. Comfy fittings are added to the mix as well as chill-out inducing furniture to secure your bliss!
The living room on the ground floor, with pillars striking boldly through its structure, will enforce the ambience of grandeur. Make full use of the air conditioning as you unwind to music through the villas indoor sound system. On blissful Bali nights, open the doors to the veranda to allow a gentle tropical breeze in whilst guests have light-hearted chatter, with the waves of the Indian Ocean softly lapping against the shore as background noise! To completely fulfil the experience, guests are invited to watch a movie in the villas home cinema, equipped with a large Blu Ray and DVD player and projector screen!
Alfresco dinners are a must on the outdoor dining table, as the villa's location atop a cliff, affords guests breathtaking views of the coast and ocean! To make further use of Grand Cliff Ungasans spectacular location, the infinity pool faces off the cliff edge, adding to the luxury of your stay! Comfortable sofas and bed seats are placed around the pool for those who don't want a dip. Gazebos with nap-inducing sofas overlook the sea, so the hypnotising motion of the waves will surely drift you away but if you wish to, use the recliners under the gazebo! The architects have cleverly elevated the villa's outdoor jacuzzi so guests can enjoy sweeping scenes of the ocean as they are massaged by hot bubbling water!
All five bedrooms come with elegantly designed en-suites and are split amongst the two floors. The two downstairs bedrooms allow handy access to the outdoor area, whilst the three bedrooms upstairs provide picturesque views. One of the two master bedrooms on this floor even includes a private balcony, so you have the perfect perch to enjoy sunrises!
Grand Cliff Ungasan wants you to feel like royalty, so there is a roster of staff at hand to tend to your needs. From an in-house chef to serve authentic delicious Southern Asian cuisine to security and babysitters you can relax with the knowledge you will be refreshed, secure and expertly received!
What you should know…

- A villa manager can arrange a car and driver for guest use at a special rate of $35 for up to 8 hours a day, excluding petrol.

Naturally, your first idea for something to do whilst on the coast will be a beach trip. And you're in luck! Bukit is home to some of the most famous beaches in the world, boasting sugary white sand beaches, lush green foliage and crystal blue clean seas! What's more, with the wealth of beaches available, many are usually far less crowded or even deserted, due to their many stepped access points, so you can really get into zen mode! Visit Nyang Nyang Beach and Mengiat beach to have this experience. For a completely different experience and one that brings you closer to the culture of the island, the coasts many public beaches feature a wealth of dining, tour and thrilling activities alongside!
Bali is also known for the quality of its spas and so a trip to one should not go amiss! The distinguished Spa Alila Uluwatu, will live up to your expectations and offers both original and modern interpretations of ancient Asian healing techniques and Indonesian relaxing traditions! After a session in the spa, to continue the state of tranquillity, head over to Bali Golf and Country Club Nusa Dua, where the play takes place past creeks, canyons and waterfalls, through a mature coconut grove to the beach and back to the clubhouse alongside a lake!
To combine both enchantment and an adrenaline experience, that will remain firmly in your memories, why not head to the skies and soar on a paraglider? You will be able to take in an all-capturing dramatic view of the southern coastal area as well as feel the thrill of flying and wind caressing you as you soar! Grand Cliff Ungasan is situated safely in a gated location on a cliff-top resort and you will have trouble convincing kids there is more to the island! With an array of clubs, such as the Beach Club, where the children are invited to participate in activities on the private beach and The Monkeys Club! A swimming pool will have kids splashing for even more hours and a cliff top spa allows for kids to zone out to the breathtaking views from the peak! Kids and adults alike will be hard-pressed to decide whether to eat at the clifftop restaurant or the beach restaurant!
If you manage to get the kids to leave the luxury of the villa and resort behind, why not take them to Pirates Bay at Nusa Dua! With a car seat included with the long list of extras, nobody misses the fun! With a pirate ship, tree houses, hanging bridges and little campsites, warm your heart from the joy and laughter children will have as they let their imaginations run wild! For the older children, the nearby Surf & Turf will keep them equally entertained as the beach club water park features an array of water-based entertainment to keep them thrilled!
Beaches, magnificent spots for even more intoxicating views, such as Uluwatu Temple and boat rides are available for more peaceful and relaxed days!

Nyepi Religious DayPlease be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on below dates. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it starts at 6 AM that day and finishes 6 AM the following day. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 7 March 2019, 25 March 2020, and 14 March 2021.
