Balancing heritage Balinese design with clean, contemporary lines and framed vintage art, Villa Adasa is a luxurious and tranquil haven just moments from the beach. Open and breezy, the villa has a vaulted thatched alang-alang roof, Palimanan stone walls and shiny terrazzo and teakwood floors. There's ample space to entertain and socialise, while there are plenty of private terraces around the villa where you can enjoy a quiet moment of solitude, including a beautiful sundeck.
Outside, there's an incredible 14m greenstone-tiled pool with a backdrop of swaying palm trees. There's plenty of space for the whole family to swim here and when you're finished, there are two day-beds to unwind on, complete with colourful batik cushions. Shaded by a thatched roof and pillars, these day beds really are the ultimate in relaxation! Opposite, you'll find sunbeds with parasols for those who want to soak up the Balinese sun and tropical atmosphere.
The villa has three bedrooms that can sleep up to six people. The lucky guests in the master suite can step straight out onto the loggia terrace that spans the width of the property. It's a perfect spot for watching the sunset with a refreshing cocktail while admiring the breathtaking views. Inside, the bedroom has been tastefully decorated in shades of coffee and cream. There's an enormous king size bed, a dressing area and even a desk for those who need to get a little work done or write some postcards.
The other bedrooms open straight out onto the pool terrace, ideal for those who want to take quick refreshing dips. The beds in these rooms are also king size - that can be split into twin beds if required - and are decorated with stunning patterned bedspreads. The bathrooms are filled with fresh foliage and one even has a striking oval bathtub where you can try a Balinese flower petal bath.
In the living room, there are plush cream sofas to relax on as you utilise the modern technology including satellite television, Sonos music and wireless Bose sound system. Fresh and bright white walls are decorated with framed patterned prints in a grid design. Vibrant Tibetan and Turkish rugs ripple across the floor, while wooden furniture anchors the traditional elements of the villa.
The attentive and friendly team of staff at this villa always go above and beyond. The in house chef can whip up a five-course meal or prepare his famous seafood barbecue, while the butler is often preparing amazing cocktails at the poolside bar. The manager is a wealth of knowledge on the surrounding area and will be happy to help with organising excursions or providing advice on the island. Balinese hospitality is legendary!
What you should know…
- Breakfast is complimentary. Other meals can be organised from a priced menu.
- Families with small children should take care around the lower bedrooms as they are very close to the pool. It would be wise to rent the pool safety guard from the villa. This can be rented for an additional cost.
- The villa can provide 2 extra beds on request for an additional fee.
- A nearby spa can send a massage therapist to you - enjoy an invigorating Balinese massage in the privacy of the villa.
- Grocery cost is charged a 20% handling fee, subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa AdasaVilla Adasa is part of the luxurious Laksmana Estate, an exclusive gated community in Seminyak's Golden Triangle. Moments from the beach and chic Seminyak's glittering nightlife, the villa is right at the heart of the action where jet-setters, yogis and fashionistas flock for a great holiday.
There are plenty of incredible spas in the area where you can spend a day getting pampered, including Jari Menari who will send a therapist to you. This way, you can experience an exhilarating Balinese massage from the privacy of the villa. You'll find an abundance of incredible food nearby - you could eat at a different restaurant every night for months and still be spoilt for choice! The villa is close to Jalan Laksmana, also known as the famous Eat Street where you can pick up some tasty treats.
Seminyak is full of fashionable boutiques where you can spend a leisurely afternoon rummaging through antique treasures. Nearby Kerobokan is also a great area for shopping for homeware if you're feeling inspired by the stunning design of the villa. There are also many junk shops here where you can find plenty of trinkets to take home with you.
Seminyak beach is a gorgeous place to be with an irresistible vibe from dawn until dusk. It's popular with surfers across Bali, who gather to catch some waves and then go for a smoothie bowl at one of the superb cafes. If you're feeling fancy, you can rent a cabana here and enjoy some of the delicious food on offer. Another popular activity on Seminyak beach is horse riding, where you can take a gentle canter across the sugary soft sands, weaving in and out of the shimmering water.
You'll find plenty of surf schools where you can get acquainted with the waves and learn from the professionals. From Seminyak beach, take a stroll across the golden sands all the way to Canggu or Petitenget beach. After the sun softens, hang out at one of the many alluring beach clubs for a panoramic sunset view over the Indian ocean - famous Ku De Ta and La Luccola are both nearby.
Anyone interested in art should visit the Nyaman Museum, which is Bali's iconic contemporary art mecca. You'll find stunning pieces from local and international artists here and a range of disciplines from sculpture to photography. This spacious gallery invites guests to channel the spirit of Nyaman, which means cosy in Indonesian. Bali is the ideal place to get into yoga, if you've always wanted to try. There are stunning studios dotted all around Seminyak, so grab a mat and sign up for a taster course.
The villa is also within easy reach of Canggu and Petitenget. Magical Petitenget Beach embodies Balinese spirituality, and is a significant link in the series of temples along Bali's west coast between Pura Uluwatu and Pura Tanah Lot.
Here, discover Pura Petitenget, an ancient temple that has twelve shrines and an impressive dragon staircase that leads to an expansive courtyard. Historically, it was called the Magic Box as a 16th-century priest brought one with him whenever he visited the temple. Every evening, there are temple ceremonies on the beach and traditional dance displays - a truly mesmerising way to experience the rich culture.

Best Suited For: All AgesBalinese hospitality definitely extends to the smallest members of the family. The villa staff are experienced with children and certainly know how to help them enjoy their holiday. The opportunities for learning are everywhere in Bali, from colourful markets to family-friendly museums.
Kids will love splashing around and practising their swimming skills in the private pool and there are plenty of areas for them to chill out on their own balcony around the villa. They're bound to love the novelty of being tucked up in one of the day beds by the pool, and the villa has all the tech they'll need to stay connected. Children will love looking for delicious food on Eat Street and the knowledgeable private chef is able to whip up food that even fussy eaters will adore.
Seminyak is an excellent beach to be based around, as it's lively yet still family friendly. Kids will love building sandcastles and beach walks, while wannabe surfers can sign up for some classes and get into riding the waves, and horse lovers will adore going for a ride on the beach as the sun goes down.
Petitenget Beach is a truly special place to take children. Bali is known as the 'Island of the Gods' so the dancing and cultural ceremonies are bound to capture their imagination and help them understand elements of Balinese spirituality.
For thrill seekers, Asia's number one waterpark Waterbom is also a short drive from the villa. Immensely popular with families, kids can try out 16 adrenalin-pumping water slides, including The Climax, with its thrilling 360-degree loop. It's bound to put a smile on their faces.
Nearby in Tabanan is the Bali Butterfly Park, home to many rare species. Kids will be able to learn about breeding and conservation from the park's knowledgeable staff. Mini nature lovers should also check out the Bali Sea Turtle Society. This society works with local communities to protect endangered sea turtles and release them back into the wild - this is an excellent activity for children to learn about marine life.

Nyepi Religious Day
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on below dates. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it starts at 6 AM that day and finishes 6 AM the following day. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025.

Perfect stay at Villa Adasa
Have nothing bad to say about our stay in Villa Adasa. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Can't fault the villa, which was kept very clean. Also, the staff were only there when you needed them, so we never felt they intruded on our privacy. Had a great stay.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the incredible experience I had during my recent stay at your villa. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful and attentive your staff members are. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to ensure that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We were truly lucky to have Juni, Gusti, Made, and Komang taking care of us during our time at Villa Adasa. The villa itself is a true gem. The design and decoration are simply breathtaking. Every corner of the villa exudes elegance and sophistication. The spacious layout provided ample room for relaxation and comfort. I was particularly impressed with how clean and well taken care of the villa was. It is evident that great attention is paid to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. One of the highlights of my stay was the villa's convenient location, being close to the best restaurants, day clubs, and shopping.

Perfect stay at this lovely cosy villa for our family of 7. Thank you to all the staff at the villa for the excellent service including picking up and ordering our meals and for going the extra mile playing with my 5 years old son. The breakfast were perfect and fruits were always a great start to the day. We can't wait to come again with the complete bunch.

Highly recommended for Bali stay
What a fantastic place, villa Adasa is. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the pool surroundings were fantastic, our rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels. The atmosphere is great and such a beautiful place to relax with your family and friends. Breakfast was first rate every morning. We would highly recommend Villa Adasa for a wonderful stay in Bali.

First-class villa with attentive yet unobtrusive staff
We have just enjoyed a 3-night stay at this beautiful villa for a family celebration. The staff couldn't have been more obliging, ready to assist at any moment. Yet at the same time, seemingly unobtrusive. The villa facilities are first class, beautifully appointed, with a large living space, clean and warm pool, spacious bedroom with an outdoor shower. We have had a wonderful and memorable stay and hope to return for our next family celebration.

Comfortable villa layout, attentive staff, excellent food
The villa is very conformable, well lay out, well pleasant open area and good bedrooms. The staff were excellent, polite, attentive and in villa food excellent too. Overall satisfied with the stay. Would definitely recommended to other.
