This incredible eight-bedroom holiday home is placed high on a dramatic rocky headland above Phuket’s west coast and provides the perfect getaway for large families, groups of friends or multiple couples travelling together.
Huge windows command breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea at every angle of this decadent property. Arranged over four levels, this villa sleeps 16 people comfortably. All eight of Villa Saan’s spacious air-conditioned and fan-cooled ensuite bedrooms open onto the unobstructed ocean views and private glass-fronted balconies.
These bright, sunny rooms have been flexibly configured to suit all types of guest groups, with a mix of king, queen and twin beds. The master suite, which lies on the upper floor, boasts its own sparkling jacuzzi and a private furnished terrace overlooking the main pool.
The spectacular cathedral-like entrance, state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen, indoor dining area for 12, two lounge areas and fantastic home cinema with projector screen provides a large group of guests with plenty of communal living space without feeling on top of one another. There is also an impressive games room with a pool table, TV and bar as well as a modern gym and spa room.
The finest furnishings, unique works of art and top-quality fittings throughout the villa’s living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms add to Villa Saan’s appeal. The villa’s private chef is on hand to cook both Thai and Western breakfasts, lunches and dinners, however, the villa is also well placed, with many excellent restaurants nearby, should guests wish to dine out.
Outside, the huge 19-metre infinity-edge pool overlooks the stunning ocean below, and the large pool deck features plenty of comfortable sun loungers and jacuzzi. The multiple outdoor terraces, furnished poolside sala, outdoor lounge and BBQ area provides the perfect place for refreshing drinks and alfresco dining.
The landscaped gardens with tropical trees and plants give the entire villa a zen-like atmosphere, and the stylish design of Villa Saan combines indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. About the surrounding area of Villa SaanVilla Saan sits within the exclusive Cape Amarin estate on the ‘Millionaires’ Mile’ headland separating Kamala and Patong beaches.
The villa overlooks a small bay, where the roofs of some of Phuket’s finest resorts and villas peep through the tropical treetops that border the ocean.
Just six kilometres to the north sits Kamala Beach, a pretty stretch of soft golden sand popular with families. while Surin Beach, with a greater range of restaurants and shops, is a further 5-10 minutes to the north and Patong is 15-20 minutes to the south.
Spa treatments are available on request at the villa, however, why not indulge in a relaxing spa session at the Banyan Tree or Amanpuri resort spas, or unwind on the beach with a simple Thai massage.

Guests can explore the delights of the Andaman Sea aboard a luxury yacht charter, or on a scuba diving or snorkelling excursion. The beautiful sights of Phang Nga Bay, Raya islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail. Phuket has a brilliant beach club scene: decadent brunches, DJ dance parties and romantic sunset dinners are all within a short distance of Grand Villa Noi.
The natural hot springs in Phang Nga are worth a visit, and The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa is happy to accommodate day-trippers who are looking to relax on the spacious property. There are two hot pools as well as two cold pools, and an on-site restaurant to grab a bite to eat and refreshments before dipping into the pools once again.
