Villa Bindali is a five-bedroom villa set in an elevated position in the sought-after area of Binidali, on Menorca’s south-east coast. Designed to maximise light and sea views, the villa has panoramic coastal views forming a constant backdrop throughout the home. Set across a 1,200m² plot and arranged over a single level, the villa offers a strong sense of space and flow, with large windows and direct access to the terraces ensuring the connection between indoors and out is always front of mind. A roof terrace adds another vantage point, ideal for taking in the changing light and evening sunsets over the coastline.

The villa is designed for both comfort and ease of living, with spacious interiors that open directly onto the main terrace and pool area. The central living-dining room is separated from the bedrooms by an internal courtyard, while the fully equipped kitchen connects through to a covered porch with sea views, creating a natural setting for outdoor dining. Of the five bedrooms, four include en suite bathrooms, and three have direct access to the pool terrace. A separate guest annexe with its own bathroom and garden access offers additional privacy. Outside, the heated swimming pool (see T&Cs) is surrounded by sunbathing areas, shaded terraces, and landscaped gardens, with features including a table tennis area and optional pool fencing for families.

Located in the residential enclave of Binidali, the villa is within walking distance of both a local restaurant and a sheltered beach with a beach bar. A short drive leads to the village of Sant Climent, where you’ll find shops, bakeries, and everyday amenities, while the coastline offers a variety of small coves and swimming spots. Further along, larger beaches such as Binisafuller and the resort of Binibeca provide additional options, and the island’s capital, Mahon, with its harbour, markets, and restaurants, is just 15 minutes away.
