Can Garriga is located in Cap d’en Fort, one of Menorca's quietest regions? Nearby Binisafua beach is the biggest attraction here and features soft, fine sands and clear, shallow waters - making it popular with families with children. Dense pine forests and palm trees shelter the beach on one side and rocks and shrubs on the other, and it is an idyllic and unspoilt spot to spend your time. Just 0.3km from the centre of Cap d’en Font is Es Calo Blanco, a tiny bay with crystal turquoise waters and soft golden sands. The beach is blessedly quiet even during peak season, and although you won’t find any amenities here, it is a wonderful place to sunbathe, swim and soak up the natural surroundings.

THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

The property is set over one single storey, so there's no need to worry about the little ones navigating the stairs, and one of the bedrooms sleeps up to four guests - perfect for parents who want to sleep in with younger children, or for siblings/friends who all want to share a room.

There's plenty of space both indoors and out for the kids to explore, including secured gardens with plenty of shaded areas and a trampoline, spaces to all eat together as a family and even home comforts such as a TV and WiFi - ideal for keeping the kids entertained while the adults are busy preparing for the day. Parents should be aware that the villa's private pool is unfenced, so, as always, when it comes to children and bodies of water, caution is advised. However, the water is easily accessible via steps, so it will be easy for kids of all ages to get in and out of the pool, and they're sure to enjoy splashing about and swimming on a hot day!

The villa is located near fantastic, family-friendly beaches with calm waters and golden sands, perfect for children to enjoy paddling and building sandcastles. Some of the beaches offer kayaking and snorkelling opportunities. Despite peak season, the beaches remain quiet, making it easy to find a peaceful spot to enjoy the sun. Nearby Torret offers several reasonably priced restaurants and cafes with varied menus, making dining stress-free for families. The region's beautiful sunsets and scenery make it an excellent destination for young artists and photographers to capture memories to take home.

    Totally blown away by this place! Such a gorgeous, stylish villa very close to the airport but also to some of the most beautiful beaches and coves. The villa itself is perfect... Modern and well equipped the 4 bathrooms and bedrooms are incredibly comfortable. The heart of the villa is lovely, open and spacious and opens out to the pool area which became the main place we spent our time! The rooftop terrace was a breathtaking bonus offering some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I've never stayed somewhere so serene and this all inevitably led to a incredibly relaxing holiday. Outside the villa, it is in reach of gorgeous crystal clear beaches and is incredibly easy to travel on road across the island. I can't recommend this place enough! We were so heartbroken to leave!! X

    It is 5 min walk from the most beautiful Calo Blanco. It is so close I walked there in barefoot. House is equipped with the perfect pool, 2 refrigerators, amazing kitchen, and AC in each bedrooms as well as living room. Our family cooked in in the modern kitchen and BBQ grill that’s provided by the house as well. It was easy house, better than what I expected, and just seamless in our trip. The host was very responsive about check in, out, and whenever we needed help. Locals suggestions were presented in laminated brochure in the house and pool toys for the kids were nice touch. I would love to come back again!

    Una vivienda con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Cada habitación tiene baño propio. Nostros éramos 3 parejas así que dentro de compartir vivienda hemos tenido mucha intimidad. La piscina de 10 y la zona exterior la hemos aprovechado al máximo. Ubicada en una zona de máxima tranquilidad pero a tan sólo 10 min del aeropuerto y 15 min de Mahón. Recomendable 100x100. Volveremos!
