Outside, a heated private pool, sun loungers and shaded seating areas invite long days in the sun, while the built-in barbecue and large dining table make group meals effortless. Inside, features such as air conditioning, a Bose audio systems and a well-stocked selection of games and books ensure there is plenty to enjoy at any time of year.

Positioned in the residential area of Port d'Addaia, Casa Addaia looks out towards the natural harbour and marina, with easy access to both the waterfront and the village centre. A short stroll brings you to local bars, restaurants and a small supermarket, while nearby beaches such as Arenal d’en Castell and Na Macaret are just a short drive away. The surrounding area also offers access to walking routes, water sports and coastal scenery, making it a convenient base for exploring this part of the island.
