Restaurants & Bars
Son Bunyola focuses on a farm-to-fork ethos, with much of the restaurants’ produce grown in the estate’s gardens and orchards. Authentic Mallorquin dishes are paired with local wines from nearby vineyards, handpicked by the resort’s sommelier. Menus celebrate fresh, homegrown produce to create unforgettable dining experiences.
At the villas, a private chef is on hand to craft bespoke menus, bringing together the finest Mallorquin ingredients for guests’ individual tastes.
Sa Terrassa
The hotel’s main restaurant, Sa Terrassa boasts sweeping sea views and is the perfect spot to savour fresh dishes. The menu combines Mediterranean cuisine with local ingredients, complemented by a curated selection of wines. Every Wednesday and Saturday, Sa Terrassa hosts live music nights.
Sa Tafona
Set in a beautifully restored olive oil mill at Son Bunyola, Sa Tafona takes you on a delicious journey through the Mediterranean’s most iconic flavours. With two ever-changing tasting menus and bold dishes inspired by tradition, every plate celebrates the region’s rich culinary heritage, with a fresh twist.
Dining at the Villas
Each villa plays host to an open plan kitchen, where the estate’s private chef can cook up a storm for you and your guests. Here you can also choose to cater for yourselves, using the fresh produce available.
Local Produce
The natural produce grown at the Son Bunyola estate gardens and orchards is used throughout the hotel in innovative ways. Ingredients include organic herbs and vegetables from the ever-expanding kitchen garden, citrus fruits from the orchards and olives, almonds and honey from the estate’s own beehives.
Vines have also been replanted to grow the local grape variety and reproduce the estate’s own Malvasia wine from 2026 onwards, as it did to acclaim during the 19th century.
Private Dining
There’s a private dining room in Sa Terrassa for small groups, while more intimate private dining for two can also be arranged in several locations around the hotel.
