The interior of this property is very chic and contemporary, helping to build a modern and attractive holiday home. The living area is home to a plump brown sofa that is also decorated with a quirky collection of scatter cushions. In turn, guests can use this space to truly rest and recharge as they observe the unobscured view of the beautiful swimming pool that sits in close distance. Moving on to the dining area, this space pulls upon a range of eclectic furnishings to help create a nuanced and communal environment. This area is home to an unconventional glass-topped table as well as an accompanying set of rattan chairs. The kitchen within this property adheres to a much darker theme, showcasing a plethora of black surfaces and cupboards. Thus, guests can prepare and serve an assortment of delicious meals throughout their time on this amazing property. The ground floor is also home to the first bedroom. This space contains a large double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom. Therefore, this room is ideal for less able-bodied guests who may find it difficult to climb stairs.
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll uncover the remaining two bedrooms. The second bedroom also includes a double bed, meaning that guests can achieve a restful night’s sleep throughout the duration of their trip. THE REGION
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.
With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

In the past, guests have been able to watch a selection of cult classics such as The Greatest Showman and Bohemian Rhapsody. Rooftop Bisofera is located just a short walk away from the centre of the region.
One of the most popular landmarks within this region is Rancho Texas, an animal park that is bound to excite any guest. This park is best known for its wide variety of animal shows, giving guests a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see creatures such as Sea Lions and Birds of Prey from a much more intimate perspective. In addition to these shows, the park follows an entertaining Wild West theme. As such, members of staff are often dressed up as cowboys and are known to host events and parties to keep up the good spirits. This is a great attraction to visit if you are looking to learn more about the extensive biodiversity of this region in a much more fascinating and approachable way. Rancho Texas is about 5-minutes away from the centre of Puerto del Carmen.
If you are looking to embark on an unusual underwater adventure, a submarine tour is a must-do activity. Submarine Safaris Lanzarote is a very popular organisation that offers a wide variety of submarine tours, allowing guests to observe the wonders of the ocean from a much more relaxed perspective. Guests will have the chance to board an iconic submarine and then travel down to a maximum depth of 30 metres. Each tour lasts for around an hour, giving guests more than enough time to explore the sights. Submarine Safaris Lanzarote can be found just under 10-minutes away.

A great Villa!
Villa Lanzarote Coco was everything we were hoping for, it is furnished to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean, it has everything you would ever need on a self catering holiday. There are smart TVs in every room, each bedroom was en suite and had access to either a balcony or terrace, the upstairs balcony’s both had great sea views with great sunsets in the evenings. The swimming pool was fantastic, spotlessly clean, heated and was the perfect size for this villa, other favourite facilities we loved was the hot tub and sun bed on the top terrace, which also has great sea views. One pleasant surprise was the Sonos speaker, which I’ve never seen listed or mentioned in a review, a quality sounding speaker that was well used.

Noelia, our on-site contact, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday. The location and facilities were perfect and we will definitely return.

Spent a wonderful week in coco villa . It’s even more fabulous than the photos if you can imagine that . Everything from the design to the decor is amazing . The pool area and the roof bed with jacuzzi are particularly impressive . Wonderful company to deal with from start to finish . Will definitely book again .
