One popular activity here is scuba diving, and Atlantis Diving Lanzarote offers quality courses and trips, complete with safety briefings. You'll get to see amazing sea creatures during these dives, making it an unforgettable experience. Atlantis Diving Lanzarote is less than 5 minutes from the villa.
Rancho Texas, another top attraction, is less than 10 minutes away. It features live shows and various animals like birds of prey and sea lions. The park has a fun Wild West theme, including staff attire and dance parties, adding to its appeal and offering insight into the region's biodiversity.

THE REGION
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.
With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

Guests can even indulge in an opulent dinner beforehand to help them gain a more authentic taste of this region in a much more interesting way. This cinema showcases a range of classic and contemporary films such as Back to the Future and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
If you wish to experience the joys of the ocean without actually submerging yourself underneath the ferocious waves, a submarine excursion is a real treat. Submarine Safaris Lanzarote allows guests to explore the depths of the nearby water whilst enjoying a trip in a tremendous vessel. All of these submarines are covered in bright yellow paint, making them a truly iconic asset to this area, which can be seen for miles. During this immense experience, guests will travel to a maximum depth of 30 metres and will be able to gaze at a collection of marine wildlife from an unobstructed position. As such, this is a great activity for children who may feel a little nervous around large bodies of water but still want to join in on the fun. Submarine Safaris Lanzarote is situated just under 10 minutes away from Casa Cadera.
The Puerto del Carmen market is a perfect landmark to visit if you are looking to pick up a collection of opulent souvenirs to show off back home. This market hosts a superb selection of bogus designer handbags and watches, making it a great place to explore if you are looking to treat yourself for a much more reasonable price. Alongside the wide selection of alluring goods, this market also showcases a variety of bustling food stalls, all of which present a selection of local delicacies. Thus, guests can delve into a delicious bite to eat as they indulge in a relaxing spot of people-watching. The Puerto del Carmen market occurs every Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and is located in Plaza del Varadero, which is just under 5 minutes away from the villa.
