Can Llansa is a stunning three-bedroom, single-storey property, perfect for families with young children, older guests, or those with limited mobility. Situated in Ibiza's eastern countryside, this Ibizan finca is the ideal accommodation for those looking to enjoy a peaceful and idyllic stay.

Located on a hilltop and offering incredible views of the surrounding valleys, Can Llansa is the perfect family retreat, featuring a bright and spacious interior and light, fresh and modern decor with a rustic twist. The living area pairs whitewashed walls with beautiful beamed ceilings and is furnished with handsomely crafted wooden furniture and plush white sofas. This open-plan space includes a small breakfast table for light meals and flows through into the spacious kitchen-diner, where you’ll find a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen.

Outside, the villa boasts beautiful views, an artificial lawn area, and plenty of space for dining and relaxing. There's a big covered barbecue area for outdoor meals, along with spots with hammocks and day beds for chilling out. If you're into family games, there's a table-tennis table too. Plus, there's a private pool on a big terrace, easily reached by Roman steps, making outdoor living even better.

  • Guests should be aware that one of the villa’s two bathrooms is situated outside and has exterior access
  • Although plenty of beautiful beaches nearby, guests should note that the nearest beach, Santa Eulalia Beach, is smoke-free
  • The villa’s private pool doesn’t have a safety barrier or fence, so although there’s plenty of room to walk safely around the pool, you’ll want to keep an eye on the little ones near the edge

THE REGION

Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.

Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.

Santa Eulalia is a great spot for families in Ibiza, offering quiet beaches with calm waters. There are easy walking and cycling routes suitable for all ages, and plenty of fun activities like visiting organic farms, going on boat trips, horse-riding, go-karting and even looking for the bronze elf statues hidden around the town.

The main beach has everything you need for a family day out, including loungers, showers, lifeguards, and even free WiFi. It's also accessible for people with disabilities. There are diving and windsurfing schools, as well as snorkeling and jet-skiing options. Nearby Santa Eulalia Bay has pedalos, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboarding.

There are also many restaurants and cafes along the promenade, including lots of ice cream parlors.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 paid via a link directly to the property management company and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available at this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 7+ nights also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 4 nights during low season. 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible all other times.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - A link will be sent for the damage deposit, followed by a check-in link. Once these have been completed, the directions/meeting point will be sent to the client. If either of these is not completed, then it will delay the directions/meeting point information to be sent.
- Please note that a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking is within 12 weeks of departure).
- A basic mid-week clean is provided for stays of more than 7 nights and a full cleaning service is provided every 7 nights with a change of towels and linens.
- Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.

    The location was fantastic and the layout and size of the Villa is great, giving everyone space and flexible use of the inside and outside space. Lovely views, being woken up by birdsong and a Cockerel! It was the perfect location and Villa for our requirements. WiFi was okay, just about acceptable. Great comms via WhatsApp.

    It was very clean, there are several very nice chill places in the garden and a beautiful view on the valleys. The location is a bit secluded yet only a 10 km drive from Ibiza town. There's a big swimming pool, enough sunbeds, nice hammock. Kitchen with everything you need. We stayed here with 6 people and had a lovely week. The table tennis is an extra bonus!

    Super clean!!!!! A very nice welcome with some drinks & snacks. Everything you need is there, washing machine, dishwasher, towels & beach towels, everything you could think of in the kitchen, etc. The view is amazing. Lots of lovely chill areas (sun & shadow). Air- conditioning is silent. Fresh limes in the garden.

    The (mostly) quite valley, close to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Tow, there were really enough plates and forks, pots and pans, the kids enjoyed the pool and the area aruond the pool for playing soccer, nice sundowner place, but the beds could be better.

    Lovely villa, perfecr for family holidays. Great location for us nearby friend;s wedding and easy to pop into Santa Eulalia. Pool area was particulary good with the soft grass being safe for our baby.
