This newly constructed villa is situated in a highly sought-after location on the island, close to Ibiza Town, Talamanca Beach, and the village of Jesus. You will find a comfortable sitting area on the lower ground floor with large windows overlooking the pool. This area also features a double sofa bed, a small gym with exercise equipment, and a toilet.
On the main floor, you will find a spacious living area with large windows offering expansive sea views, a sizable television, comfortable seating, and air conditioning. The living area provides access to a large porch with a dining table, allowing guests to enjoy meals while soaking in the scenery; an open kitchen with a generous island and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine cellar (vinoteca), catering to all culinary needs; two bedrooms, one has two single beds and the other one a double bed measuring 1.80x2 meters and a shared bathroom.
On the top floor, you will find a master bedroom with a luxurious 2x2 meter bed, a terrace with captivating views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; a double bedroom with a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and an office space that includes a bathroom with a shower.
The villa showcases a delightful pool measuring 9x4 meters, surrounded by sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing, a charming garden with a manicured lawn adds a touch of nature to the outdoor space; private covered parking is available for guests, and a barbecue is provided for outdoor cooking and dining.

Set just outside the town of Jesus, Villa Voltor has been built in an exclusive and well sort out area! You have exclusivity and peace in your elevated position, as well as quick access to Jesus or any of the neighbouring towns and cities around you!
For meals, bites and drinks, Jesus makes for the perfect place to visit. Although small, as it is located just outside of Ibiza Town, it offers an array of restaurants and cafes where you can grab an authentically Spanish dish such as tapas in Tavernas and wash it all down with vino, one of Spain's finest exports!
Ten-minutes away, visitors can feast on international dishes at a mind-boggling amount of restaurants as well as Spanish foods and the freshest seafood, caught that day! Ibiza Town is the capital of the island and as a result, hosts an array of shops, stores and markets, so whether you need to buy clothes, souvenirs or groceries you have it all! Theatres and cinemas will keep you entertained and, the city also provides numerous historical sites and a massive port and marina!
Not only does the city offer a wealth of leisurely activities but also the longest beach on the island, Playa d'en Bossa! White stretches of sand meet with crystal-clear, sparkling azure water, which makes it one of the main attractions for the thousands of visitors that flock here! Due to its popularity, a host of activities, restaurants and bars sit within and around the beach, so you can hire parasols and sun-loungers, explore the seas or simply dine with ocean view vistas!
The beach is so large in fact that you can also find secluded spots to kick-back and truly escape with picturesque views! At night, the beach comes alive and offers an array of clubs and bars that you can chill or dance the night away in!

THE REGION

The closest beach is also the longest and most vibrant of the beaches in Ibiza, Playa d'en Bossa. Kids will enjoy the soft sand which they can dig and frolic on, and the gentle seas make it safe for even the smallest of the family moments in the sea!
