Can Rotes is a luxurious four-bedroom villa, hosting up to eight guests, set atop a hill with breathtaking mountain, beach, and sea views. It comprises a main house and a chic annexe, suitable for two smaller families or groups of friends. Modern design blends with rustic elements, featuring exposed stone, tiled floors, and wooden accents. Decorated in neutral tones, the villa is bright and airy, boasting large glass doors for natural light and views.
The lounge area offers relaxation with plush sofas, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The dining and kitchen areas are well-equipped for indoor meals. Bedrooms maintain the villa's elegant style, with the ground floor featuring a spacious room with two single beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, two double bedrooms offer balconies, dressing rooms, and ensuites, one with a hydromassage bathtub.
A separate annexe provides privacy with a double bedroom and modern bathroom. Outdoor living includes an infinity pool, terrace, chillout areas, sun loungers, and a covered barbecue spot, perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings.
What you should know…
- The villa's twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor of the main house, with two doubles on the first floor. This could pose a problem for families with younger children or those with reduced mobility, as you might not all be sleeping on the same level
- The pool doesn't feature a fence or safety barrier, so young children will need to be well-supervised while playing in the vicinity
- Can Rotes has WiFi and air-conditioning throughout for ease and convenience

THE REGION
The island's capital is romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic; all rolled into one eye-catching package. By day, she's all about shopping, boating, beach-bar-hopping and historical sightseeing; then, by night, alfresco wining and dining, followed by dancing 'til dawn.
You'll find a great selection of small boutiques, high-end fashion stores, shoe shops and all kinds of novelties. It attracts a very international crowd all year round and is a great place to do some celebrity spotting in the summer. There are some great art galleries and history museums, and the pretty ancient citadel of Dalt Vila is a history lesson in itself. We guarantee you'll never be stuck for something to do.

Best Suited For: All AgesAt Can Rotes, families enjoy a spacious twin bedroom and a private pool, along with WiFi and satellite TV. Note that bedrooms are spread across different floors and an annex. Kids also have safe, shaded areas for outdoor meals, however, parents should note that the swimming pool is unfenced, so little ones should be well supervised when playing in the area.
Ibiza Town offers family-friendly activities, like beach picnics and cave explorations. The Santa Eulalia Ferry tour highlights scenic beaches, including Cala Llonga with its shallow waters and amenities. Aguamar Water Park entertains with slides and pools for all ages.
Cap Blanc Aquarium, set in natural caves, features sea creatures and a turtle rehabilitation area. Families can observe marine life and relax on the terrace with snacks and drinks.

Excellent from start to finish
Beautiful villa, incredible views across Ibiza, amazing to watch sunrise from around the pool. Spacious, clean, blackout blinds and noise proof windows so east to get some sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and outside area setting
Good location with great view, nice pool area. Only the bedding/mattress need an upgrade. Everthing else is fine.
