The villa boasts some unique views of the valley of Es Canal de Sa Torre and Ses Roques Altes and the surrounding landscape adds to the feeling of tranquillity and peace in this relaxing haven.
With a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dining room with table for 10 guests, living room with sofa, TV Led 42" HD, Astra SAT TV, DVD mp3 player, Pioneer Home Cinema HDMI 5.1, iPhone adapters, internet connection ADSL WiFi, pantry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, etc.
The configuration of this stylish abode is rather higgledy piggledy in layout, which adds enormously to the charm. You will find three of the seven bedrooms in the main section of the house, with the other four bedrooms spread between 3 seperate annexes.
The villa is ideally located in the South of the island, just a few minutes drive from the picturesque beach of Cala Vadella, with all its restaurants, bars and shops. You are also very close to the other beautiful beaches of Cala D’Hort, Cala Moli, Cala Tarida and Cala Comte and within a 10-minute drive of the typically Ibizan village of San Jose. Ibiza Town is 25 minutes by car.

THE REGION
Cala Vadella is 25 minutes from San Antonio and 35 from Ibiza town, and just a short drive to the charming village of San José, making it one of the west coast's treasures. Luxury properties pepper the lush, rolling green hills and range from beautifully restored traditional Spanish homes to sleek modern villas.
Lining the beach is an excellent selection of restaurants and beach bars, with great views of the bay. There can be a lively night-time scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful.
