A luxurious and elegant property located in Marbella, Casa Higu presents an alluring series of decors as well as an incredibly contemporary home. The exterior of this property is very special, as seen by the heated swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. Guests can use this space to cool off after a busy day of sightseeing or to play games together as a group. This property is also surrounded by emerald green grass, creating a beautiful landscape for guests to enjoy as they please. A perfect place for guests to use this space to absorb the sun or indulge in a picnic. Guests can also enjoy a stellar selection of outdoor terraces, offering them a comfortable space to enjoy a wealth of al fresco dining experiences.
Inside, this property is very chic, allowing guests to revel in a deeply sleek and stylish holiday home. The living room is extremely simplistic, presenting comfortable sofas as well as a pair of high-back chairs. Thus, guests are free to rest and recharge in this beautifully monochrome space. Moving on to the dining area, this space is great for where guests can enjoy their daily meals in this cohesive and impeccable environment. The kitchen within this property is nothing short of pure perfection, showcasing sleek black surfaces and cupboards as well as a vast collection of brand named appliances.
The ground floor is also home to three of the four bedrooms. These spaces include a spacious double bed that has been decorated with ample linens, along with a TV and en-suite shower. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to the exterior of the villa, so guests can quite literally jump out of bed and into the pool. Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you'll find the gorgeous main bedrooms. This private bedroom contains a stunningly large double bed, ensuring that guests can maintain a restful and peaceful night's sleep throughout their stay on this extraordinary property. There is also an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace for guests to enjoy.
