Casa Fernando is an exquisite four-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday villa situated on the luxurious Santa Clara golf course in Marbella. Ideal for golfers, Casa Fernando, is located by the fifteenth hole of the golf course with stunning views of the course, coastline, Mediterranean Sea and the iconic La Concha Mountains.

The property is safe and secure, with the development being gated, and the villa has an alarm and phone entry system. On the ground floor are the kitchen and living area, with access to the heated pool and manicured gardens (please see T&Cs). The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need during your stay, and the living area is light and airy with vast windows and doors that bring the outside in. The dining area has seating for up to eight people to allow you to entertain accordingly. There is also a bedroom on this floor, just off of the kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are three additional bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms share access to a terrace and the main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and access to it's own private terrace.

The property was built recently and is perfect for holidays, whether in the summer or winter, as there is air conditioning for warmer months and underfloor heating and a heated pool for colder months. There is also a barbeque in the garden for entertaining guests and dining al fresco. There’s a terrace for sunbathing in the beautifully landscaped gardens and surveying the panoramic views that encase the property.

Overall, this property is ideal for keen golfers as well as those who would just like a relaxing retreat to a modern, breathtaking property with stunning surroundings and is perfect for those wanting to holiday all year round.

Located just half an hour away from the airport, Casa Fernando is in a prime location within the Spanish Riviera. The villa is ten minutes from the city of Marbella, which, despite being a city, has around 144,000 inhabitants, giving it an inclusive atmosphere.

Renowned around the world, the Santa Clara golf course is an eighteen-hole golf course that will be on your doorstep during your stay at Casa Fernando. You can either dine at home after playing or dine at the prestigious on-site restaurant at the golf course.

While the villa has views of the La Concha mountains, you're also able to hike up them. The 1200m above sea level peak has stunning views of Marbella city as well as the coastline and is only an 8km hike.

There are other activities local to Casa Fernando for you to enjoy. A mere ten minutes from Marbella, you will also be close to the Chiringuitos by the beach, which serves traditional Spanish dishes and drinks. The closest beach is under 4km away and has many infamous beach clubs such as the Los Monteros La Cabane and Trocadero Arena Beach Club. West of the city is the ‘Golden Mile’, a stretch of prestigious nightclubs that lead to the Puerto Banús Marina. You could rent a yacht for a day trip or stay onshore and dine in one of the restaurants by the marina. You can also visit Marbella Old Town, which, full of character and traditional architecture, is the perfect place for a romantic evening stroll.

The villa allows children of any age to stay, making it perfect for larger families or multiple families holidaying together. The complex is gated and secure, meaning children are free to roam and play safely. Casa Fernando is extremely self-sufficient, so you have the option of spending a day solely at the villa, lounging by and playing in the pool, and having a barbeque.

If you’d prefer to spend your days exploring Marbella, then the city itself is extremely child friendly, with several gorgeous sandy beaches that are perfectly suited to family beach days. The most popular is the Puerto Banús beach which also has a water park with various water slides. There are also multiple points at which to play water sports, from waterskiing to paddleboarding, for the whole family to get involved with.

In early June is San Bernabé Day, a holiday dedicated to the patron saint of Marbella. The event lasts for a whole week and is perfect for the whole family with fairs, rides, open-air concerts, and food.

There are also many excursions that are perfect for families of any size, and as the villa has parking for two cars, you’ll be able to travel to various locations for days out. One such excursion is the Eco Reserva Ojen Park which has not only beautiful scenery but also wild roe deer goats which allow themselves to be petted - perfect for the animal lovers in the group!

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,500 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €300, paid to OT prior to arrival. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €300/week or €42.86/night (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra will need to be requested and paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Cots and highchairs are available on request, and at an extra charge of €2.50 per day, per item, payable directly to the property managers. Similarly, extra cleaning is available, on request, and at an extra charge of €15/hour payable directly to the property managers.
