Nestled on the outskirts of Marbella, Casa Agata is a traditional and humble property that reflects a true Spanish home. As a single-storey property, everything you need is conveniently located on one level, making it an ideal destination for guests with mobility issues.
As you arrive at Casa Agata, it becomes clear that the owners have taken care to ensure your comfort and convenience. The sprawling grounds are surrounded by lush, well-tended plantlife making the property feel like a secret retreat.
Inside, traditional rustic decor helps to create a relaxed homely feeling where it’s easy to let go of your worries and sink into sun-soaked bliss. Your first living room overlooks the garden and backs onto the combination kitchen-diner, which features everything you need to create delicious meals and a group dining table.
Your kitchen has been designed to evoke thoughts of a traditional farmhouse, creating a cottage-like atmosphere. There’s no need to worry, however, as despite its rustic appearance, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and food preparation equipment.
Your second living room sits just beyond the main entertaining space in a slightly sunken area of the home. This self-contained room has a large seating area that wraps around the room’s focal points; a cosy fireplace and flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Your four bedrooms are located towards the rear of the property, each spacious and well-decorated with cosy traditional furnishings. Bedrooms have either a double bed or two singles that can be pushed together to form a double, and there are three bathrooms to choose from.
When not inside, Casa Agata’s garden is one of its best features. The large space boasts a huge array of tropical plants and trees, creating lots of shade and beauty around the property. A large gentle-entry swimming pool is yours to use whenever you want, and sun loungers are located around the pool’s edge for drying off and catching the rays.

Casa Agata is set on a quiet residential development, so there's little to do immediately around the villa, and you’ll likely need a car if you’re planning to get out and about regularly. For amenities like shops, bars, restaurants and medical supplies, San Pedro de Alcantara is roughly a fifteen-minute drive away.
Golf lovers are well served at Casa Agata, with three gorgeous golf courses (Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, Atalaya Golf Club, and El Paraiso Golf Club) just a short drive away from the property.

Inside the villa, kids can make use of the property’s speedy internet to keep connected to friends back home, as well as stream their favourite media and play online games on their personal devices.
The huge gardens are loved by families as not only is there plenty of space for kids to run around and play, the trees and plants that line the property create a natural privacy wall for guests. The garden’s swimming is especially popular with kids, where they can splash and play as much as they want whenever they want.
If you’re thinking of heading out from the villa, kids adore the nearby beaches, which are sandy, clean and well-maintained. The waters of the Mediterranean Sea are famous for their calmness, so kids can comfortably swim and play in the water. While your nearest beach is relatively quiet, livelier beaches are dotted along the coastline, where kids can try their hands at water-based activities like paddle boarding or take a ride on a banana boat.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €200, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. The garden is an oasis
We enjoyed the spacious house, with all kind of extra's (big bath inside, spacious bathroom and two other bathrooms, outside jacuzi) the vast swimming pool with the nicest construction I have ever seen (beach part, childrens depth, medium and deep). The garden is an oasis. Big trees, beautiful green and flowered borders, lawns to play on. There where also a table tennis table, darts facilities, floatables, a grill with chimney. staying here for 8 days was a real treat for our whole family. Peggy and her team are excellent hosts, who did everything to make us enjoy our stay!
