Set in the green hills of Mas Mestre, just 15 minutes drive from the beaches and town of Sitges, Villa Margarita I is a relaxed Mediterranean retreat for families or groups. Arranged over two levels, the villa offers hillside views, sunlit terraces and comfortable interiors designed for easy, sociable living.

The main level centres around a bright open-plan living space, where arched windows frame views towards the Parc Natural del Garraf. The lounge features soft seating and a wide-screen TV, alongside a dining area for ten and a well-equipped kitchen positioned just off the living space. Two bedrooms are located on this floor - a twin and a double - sharing a modern bathroom, while downstairs a spiral staircase leads to three further bedrooms, including a master with en-suite, a bunk room and a compact double, all with air conditioning.

Outside, the villa opens onto a private pool area with loungers, a shaded dining space for twelve, and outdoor cooking facilities including a barbecue and bread oven. A grassy area, table tennis and table football add to the outdoor appeal, alongside a poolside bar for relaxed evenings. With Sitges a short drive away and Barcelona within 40 minutes, Villa Margarita I offers a peaceful base with straightforward access to the surrounding area.
