Tucked away in the peaceful Valpineda neighbourhood just outside Sitges, Villa Isabel I offers a stylish and sun-drenched setting for relaxed Mediterranean living. Set across four levels, this light-filled contemporary home is ideal for families or small groups looking for both comfort and convenience, with the golden beaches and vibrant heart of Sitges only a 25-minute stroll away.
Clean-lined architecture, whitewashed interiors, and warm natural textures define the airy indoor space. The open-plan main floor connects a bright lounge with two large sofas and a dining area that leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen. Five bedrooms, including a generous master suite with its own terrace and spa-style bathroom, provide versatile and inviting accommodation. Meanwhile, the top floor offers a flexible family suite with sea glimpses and ample room for an additional bed.
Outside, the lush garden centres around a private pool framed by tropical plants and sleek decking. There’s a built-in barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor dining, and even a ping pong table for laid-back family entertainment. Whether you're soaking up the sunshine, cooling off in the pool, or dining alfresco under the palms, Villa Isabel I delivers that effortless Sitges lifestyle.
- Split across four levels, stairs throughout may not suit guests with limited mobility
- No off-street parking, though street parking is generally available
