Villa Elaya is a luxurious, architecturally striking four-bedroom villa set in one of Sitges’ most exclusive residential neighbourhoods, within walking distance of the beaches and the vibrant town centre. Featuring sleek designer interiors, landscaped gardens and a private swimming pool, the property blends contemporary elegance with Mediterranean charm, offering a refined and comfortable setting for families or friends.
Arranged over two stylish floors, the villa is designed to maximise light, space and flow. The ground floor living area opens via expansive sliding doors onto the garden and pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The main living room is arranged into two seating zones, one with a fireplace and another centred around a built-in window seat. A modern, professionally equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge, wine cooler, oven and microwave, with direct access to a shaded dining terrace and barbecue area.
Upstairs, the spacious master suite includes a king-size bed, a spa-style en-suite with roll-top bath, walk-in shower and double vanity, a dressing room, and a private balcony.
