Inside, the living spaces feel breezy and welcoming. The main sitting room is a restful space with oversized sofas and a statement fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. Follow the arched doorway through to the patio and you’ll find quiet corners to read, relax or take in the view. The upper floor is made for gathering. A generous dining area with windows on every side spills out to a sunny terrace, while the adjacent kitchen, rustic in style but fully equipped, invites leisurely breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.

Downstairs, five bedrooms fan out along a cool tiled corridor, offering comfort, natural light and space for up to eleven guests. For families, there’s ample room to spread out and even a dedicated desk space for those blending work with holiday.

Outside, the villa’s tiers of terraces make the most of its hillside setting. The pool glimmers just below the house, bordered by sun loungers and climbing greenery. A short stroll leads to the small tennis court and barbecue area, where outdoor living comes into its own. Villa Calma I offers a charming base for coastal adventures, all within easy reach of Sitges and Barcelona.

• The pool is compact (5.3m x 4m), more suited to a cooling dip than long swims. 
• Please note that the 11th guest would sleep on a fold out mattress. This sleepig arrangement may not be suitable for adults.
• Due to the hillside location, a car is recommended to access local ameneties.
