At the heart of the villa is a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, a parasol and a ping pong table for fun-filled days outdoors. A spacious terrace provides an ideal space for alfresco dining, with seating for up to ten guests, alongside a Weber BBQ and electric plancha grill. Inside, the bright living areas include a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace, and a flexible TV room with a sofa bed and en-suite shower room. Air conditioning runs throughout the villa, while practical features such as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an EV charging point and free street parking add to the convenience of your stay.
