- A car is recommended for getting around, as the estate is not within walking distance of shops or restaurants.
- The pool is unfenced, so guests with children should supervise them closely at all times.
- For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
- Please note that in Spring 2026, a 10-room boutique hotel will be opened on the same property - however the hotel will be entirely separate from the houses and will not interfere with their use or privacy.
