As soon as you arrive at Villa Devaneio and drive through the electric gate and up the long drive, you will appreciate this absolute gem of a villa. Designer led, the contemporary Villa Devaneio is striking, beautiful and luxurious.
The living spaces are incredible with open plan design, a magnificent creative mix of opulent modern and rich wood antique furnishings, striking lighting and an absolutely dazzling contemporary kitchen. With glass walls all around, you have an unrestricted sea view from most parts of the villa as well as brilliant light streaming into this palace. The living area is complete with high-end squishy sofas, designer chairs and a huge TV. The dining table is equally opulent with amazing lighting overhead. The kitchen is fitted with top-of-the-range appliances including a 90cm oven, 2 dishwashers and an ice machine ready to make some delicious cocktails. There is a separate laundry room for your convenience.
Villa Devaneio boasts 3 lavish bedroom suites within the main villa plus an independent deluxe poolside room which can be used as an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The decor and furnishings in each of the bedrooms are extravagant and sumptuous. Every hand-chosen item is absolutely gorgeous. You are definitely in for a treat! Enormous exquisite headboards, superb chests of drawers and mesmerising works of art will catch your eye and delight. The bathrooms, as you can imagine, are state-of-the-art with plenty of cool freestanding baths and walk-in showers.
The grounds are phenomenal with a vast 5500sqm luscious lawn, sensational oleanders and magnolias and landscaped planting that frames the gently sloping paths down to the swimming pool. The design of the gardens and planting is equally impressive to the villa. Villa Devaneio boasts a fabulous private tennis court as well as the amazing mineral water swimming pool. Guests can enjoy alfresco lounging and dining using the fully fitted pool kitchen which can also be used as an additional TV room. The sunset views over Vilamoura are spectacular.
This extraordinary villa is ideally situated to enjoy the amazing attractions of this area of the Algarve, yet offers an idyllic base to enjoy privacy and blissful tranquillity. Maid service is provided 5 times a week for 2 hours.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa DevaneioVilla Devaneio is located on a vast, magical estate, 2km from the Algarve coastline in Vale do Lobo, just outside of Vilamoura. The location is amazing with the very best of Portugal’s golf clubs close by plus excellent beaches, horse riding, tennis, a casino, boutique shopping and excellent gastronomic offerings. There are also some lovely villages and towns to visit.
Loule is very popular for a day trip. On Saturdays, there is a farmer’s market and gipsy market in addition to the busy and colourful Moorish inspired covered market. You can buy regional handicrafts, local produce and freshly caught fish at the covered market and enjoy Loule’s many beautiful historical buildings including the Gothic Igreja Matriz Church and Loule Castle.
One of the prettiest churches in the whole of the Algarve is the 17th century Sao Lourenco Church with stunning azulejo telling the story of the patron saint. It has many more features.
Than most churches of its size including its bell tower, the neighbouring town of Almancil is famous for its pottery shops and workshops.
Vilamoura is upmarket, modern and sophisticated and bustling with tourists. If you fancy a flutter or a chance to rub shoulders with the footballers who have villas nearby, you can visit the casino which is located just on outskirts in the Quarteira suburb. The classy marina is brimming with luxury yachts and is the main hub of entertainment. The shopping is excellent with local craft stores as well as the most prestigious international brands. The dining scene is amazing, with an incredible choice of upmarket restaurants. You can take many boat trips from the marina to enjoy the dramatic coastline as well as to fish, partake in water sports or enjoy the sunsets. You may even spot some dolphins.
The beaches are absolutely amazing. One of the most popular is Falesia Beach which stretches for miles. Praia do Vale de Lobo is excellent and is surrounded by its red cliffs on top of which is one of the most famous and photographed golf courses in the area. The beach is ideal for long walks as well as days enjoying the sea. Many of the beaches offer watersports including sailing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, parasailing and the usual inflatable rides.

As a guest of the resort you’ll have access to its two-kilometre private strip of beach where life is always lush, but there is no shortage of other fun and indulgent activities for both kids and adults. Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Devaneio is a wonderful base for families. The villa is very spacious, so there is plenty of entertainment space. The swimming pool is excellent, and there is a tennis court for any budding tennis players. One of the poolside rooms has a kitchen but can also be used as a second TV room if children want some quiet time after their energetic days on the beach or visiting the water parks.
Praia de Vale do Lobo is an excellent family-friendly Blue Flag beach and is just minutes away from the villa. It boasts a massive expanse of sand which stretches over kilometres before merging into neighbouring beaches. It has a complete range of water sports.
Very close by is the Quinta do Lago lake where you will find many water sports, children’s clubs and a wonderful inflatable water adventure. Children will love the kayaking and stand up paddleboarding, and the water is a bit warmer than the sea. There are lessons in sailing, windsurfing and water skiing as well as banana boat rides and other inflatables. There is also waterside dining and drinking.
Horse lovers will enjoy Vilamoura’s excellent Equestrian Centre where they can ride and enjoy some fabulous shows in the arenas and competition areas. Pinetrees Riding Stables. Offer tuition for riders from 4 years old through pine forests, on the beaches and also through the Ludo Valley’s orange groves.
There genuinely is so much to do and never enough time! The new High Ropes Centre in Albufeira is similar to Go-Ape where children can enjoy the ropes, bridges, wires, nets and zip lines. There are 3 water parks in the area, Aquashow Park, Aqualand and Slide and Splash. They boast a huge range of slides, tunnels, lazy rivers and pools.
There are several places to visit to interact with animals, including Zoomarine. It boasts a well-reputed rehabilitation centre for marine life, puts on as fantastic presentations and has a lot of rides, slides and pools. Dolphin Emotions offers a magical interactive dolphin experience.
