The luxurious Villa Paz is situated in the exclusive area of Quinta do Lago, conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and the lake.

This elegant villa is spacious throughout with four double bedrooms, three of which have ensuite bathrooms and all are air conditioned. There are two separate lounges to relax in, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both of which are kitted out with a flat screen TV and DVD player, providing entertainment when needed for children and adults alike.

The grounds of the villa are where you'll spend most of your time though, relaxing in the sunshine, taking a dip in the wonderfully appealing private swimming pool, or dining under the covered terrace area having cooked on the barbecue.

With Quinta Shopping, bars, restaurants and the beach close by, there is something for everyone in this prestigious part of the Algarve. For those who enjoy sports, you will find tennis courts and three golf courses nearby too.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Heating costs included? Not available in this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €600 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Maid service is also included 1 day per week, on a weekday, except bank holidays which include a towel change. Bed linen is changed every 7 nights.
