The designer kitchen includes an island unit with wine rack and a breakfast area with a circular table seating 6. It is fully equipped with a larder fridge, dishwasher, butler sink, microwave, coffee filter and stainless-steel range cooker. The barbecue and the outside dining terrace, with a table for 8 beneath an electric shaded pergola, are both next to the pool. On a covered terrace outside the lounge, with an electric awning providing extra shade, are two sofas and two armchairs which seat 8.
On the large first floor terrace outside the master bedroom are 4 more cushioned metal sun loungers, a large sunshade and a bar.
There are two other tables and chairs on the first-floor terrace and in the lawned garden area.
