Lakeside Village is a peaceful community within Quinta do Lago. Offering a variety of accommodation, from apartments, townhouses and villas, there are a number of facilities on the resort to help keep you amused. The shared swimming pools and tennis courts are within walking distance of the accommodation, whereas a short drive will take you to the heart of Quinta do Lago.

The development of Lakeside Village is in traditional Portuguese style with a mixture of apartments and villas. On-site, there is a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool; also, the resort offers two other swimming pools, and in the summer, the owners' Clubhouse provides a snack bar. The development is just a few minutes away from glorious, golden beaches.

Just outside Lakeside Village, there are many activities to choose from, such as horse riding, tennis, and water-sports, or just a little further out of reach, there are unique little villages and markets to explore.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes, daily cleaning, Monday - Friday, from June through to September. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

    It was clean and modern, the pool area is lovely as is Pedro’s bar, the kids adored it there. The cleaners came more than we expected which was a bonus. Outside area gets the sun until about 3pm and is a lovely place to sit with a coffee in the morning. Great location, bars and restaurants are within walking distance if you don’t want to drive

    Our second stay at this property, booked through Oliver's Travels, in 8 weeks. We love it so much, we rebooked while we were still there the last time. It's just heaven. The location is amazing - beautiful lawns, communal pool (which never gets too busy) and views over the lake. The apartment itself is great - every room is spacious, there's a modern and well equipped kitchen and large terrace overlooking the communal garden.

    This was a really beautiful apartment - much larger than the photographs led us to believe! The location was great, ground floor, close (but not too close) to the pool and ideal for excursions. Having beach towels provided was a bonus as was the welcome bottle of wine and Prosseco! We had a problem with the wi-fi a couple of days into the holiday so we reported it to the management company who brought us a replacement the following day - great service. We also asked if we could vacate the property 2 hours later than scheduled and they accommodated this happily.

    Recently returned from a week at Casa Lindeza - it is a beautiful apartment! It's so spacious - the photos don't do it justice. Everything is well looked after and immaculate and it has just about everything you would need on holiday. We have a toddler and the layout was ideal - he was able to wander out onto the terrace and have a play on the lawn (once we had laid down the rules about NOT wandering down to the lake on his own!).
    It is close to the beaches and very close (walking distance) to the Lake (great restaurant/bar called The Shack).
    We are already wanting to book again for next year - I highly recommend this apartment!
    (only one complaint - watch your toes on the terrace - we kept stubbing ours on the ledge round the pillars!)
