Villa Daniela is a stylish modern townhouse in the heart of Lagoa within the Algarve. The beautiful property can accommodate up to six guests in complete comfort across the three bedrooms available. The villa is a calm oasis in the lively town and makes for the perfect holiday home for groups of friends or families looking to explore the Algarve. The villa has been designed with fantastic attention to detail and offers a truly unique experience for those lucky enough to stay. The traditional white walls have been paired with a striking black and further highlighted with tropical plants and artwork, making the traditional home modern and eye-catching. The living room has a series of soft seating and well thought out reading lights, making it the perfect spot to catch up on some reading. Opposite this room is the television room, the bright walls and vibrant furnishings ensure it is a fun space to watch a movie in or even to chat with your loved ones. Further through the villa is the fully equipped kitchen, the stylish matt design makes the kitchen a pleasure to use with plenty of space for cooking big meals. Grab a plate and make your way to the dining table outside, nestled in a semi indoor space the covered dining area is atmospheric and invites evenings full of laughter and storytelling, what better way to catch up with old friends or family members. The beautiful communal spaces are ideal for enjoying each other’s company whilst also large enough to provide plenty of space for six guests to relax in peace.
The villa has three bedrooms all on the ground floor, all of which have double beds and tasteful décor. Two of the bedrooms can be found in the garden wing, with direct access to the courtyard and their own private en-suites.
Imagine waking up and stepping out to sun of your skin and pool just a few steps away. The third bedroom is located within the townhouse and has a television.Outside, the villa's courtyard is centred around the stunning raised pool and bordered with luscious green plants, making this quiet space a real oasis in the town centre. There is plenty of sun lounging options as well as covered seating to relax on through the day.

About the surrounding area of Villa DanielaThe villa is located in the centre of Lagoa, a beautiful historical city in the Algarve. The small city has a country feel with narrow cobbled streets winding through whitewashed houses with colour to be found everywhere. Being so conveniently located, it is just a short walk from Villa Daniela to a range of cafes, bars and shops. So, it could not be easier to nip out to grab some ingredients for a feast at home or explore the streets for some amazing restaurant experiences. With Piri Piri chicken the local delicacy, be sure to give it a go. The local area is also renowned for its wine production, so take a dive into the culture and sample some of the fine wines available in the bars.
The popular town of Carvoeiro is just a ten-minute drive away, and here you can find more amazing examples of Portuguese food and drink as well as a stunning golden sandy beach. The beach is guarded by dramatic cliffs that make for a fantastic photo opportunity, but also provides shelter from the coastal winds. Enjoy spending a lazy day relaxing on the sand, taking a dip in the turquoise water for a refreshing cool down every once in a while. With plenty of bars and facilities nearby it is an effortless day of relaxation. For those seeking a bit more exciting for a day at the beach, there is also a wide range of water sports that can be organised in Carvoeiro, with surf schools a popular choice for guests.
One of the fantastic reasons to visit this region is the beautiful sweeping views of the Mediterranean and dramatic cliffs that meet the sea. For truly excellent views there are some great walks along the coastline where you can enjoy escaping the crowds a little and take in the landscape. One of the highly recommended trails in the Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos route. This twelve-kilometre trail is fairly long but well worth the effort. Starting in Vale de Centianes in the west and finishing at Praia da Marinha to the east. The trail follows the clifftops and uncovers amazing limestone caves, secluded beaches and great views. There are lots of tour guides operating the route that can provide some fantastic insight into the region's history and geology whilst you enjoy the walk.

THE REGION
Situated some 7 km inland from the magnificent coastline for which this municipality of the Algarve is renowned, the small city of Lagoa has a rural feel that contrasts significantly with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of its popular seaside resorts.
The idyllic town is charmingly traditional and only a short distance from the popular Portimão. As well as being close to some of the best beach resorts in the region and the historic town of Silves, Lagoa holidays have ample charms of their own.
Inserted in a traditionally agricultural and important wine-producing area, Lagoa lies on a small hill rising above flatlands that allegedly once held the lagoon that gave the city its name.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Daniela is great home for families to enjoy whilst visiting the Algarve. The spacious rooms offer lots of opportunity for kids to play in, with it also being easy to find a quiet space for a bit of down time. The villa has a highchair and cot available upon request and also includes Netflix on the television, providing some fun entertainment for the kids during the evenings. The private pool is a very popular feature with families, the kids can create havoc in the cool water and enjoy water fights and pool games all through the day.
Less than a five-minute drive away is the very popular water park Slide & Splash, this is sure to get the kids excited! This great park makes for a wonderful day out the whole family can enjoy, there is a wide range of rides available, with slides and lazy rivers providing something for all ages. With the park being a popular destination for families in the area we suggest you purchase tickets online to avoid the queues and upset kids!
The beaches all along the coast are very well suited for children of all ages, the soft sand is ideal for sandcastles and the excellent facilities make life a little easier. Praia da Marinha is a fantastic example of the stunning beaches in the area, the incredible rock formations along the beach have made it very popular those looking to take some holiday snaps. The clear water is also ideal for snorkelling, so be sure to remember the snorkel and flippers and explore the beautiful sea life under the surface. Although fantastic for children, there are a lot of steps to reach Praia da Marinha, so very young children may need a helping hand.
Krazy Wold is another fantastic day trip that the children can look forward to, the zoo and amusement park has plenty to offer kids of all ages. Learn about exotic animals and spot them hiding in the park before heading to the petting zoo to meet the llamas. Finally, you can finish the day with a swim in the pool and little crazy golf, is certainly enough to wear the kids out!

A very nice house
A very nice house, really everything is there, very friendly welcome, received good tips in terms of restaurants and beaches (with the Praia app you can see how busy it is on the beaches, very handy). So many good restaurants in the area O.a. Gaspacho & Migas, Tapas no Bucho, O Ciclo, in Lagoa and in Silves O Barradas. Very good location, everything at a short distance. Kids are a big fan of Slide & Splash, the water park. Visited Sagres, boat trip to BENAGIL caves. Boardwalk Carvoeiro then lunch at Earth shop. Swimming pool at the house is lovely. Really had a great holiday! The contact was also very pleasant!

Beautiful vacation home
It was a beautiful, spacious vacation home, everything new and finished with very nice materials. The view is breathtaking. Beautiful swimming pool. The hostess is a very sweet woman who is always ready. Flowers on arrival. She had even baked a cake for my son's birthday! We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend this house. Congratulations to the owners.
