Just a short walk from the iconic Duomo and the vibrant city centre, the villa is steeped in history, built upon Etruscan foundations and featuring elements from the Renaissance and Medieval eras.
This historic four-story palazzo features three luxurious residences, each exuding elegance with sumptuous furnishings, private living and dining areas, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The villa offers private gardens, terraces, a sauna, a plunge pool, a fitness room, and a roof terrace for relaxation, with an elevator ensuring easy access.
A standout feature of Casa Bolini is its culinary offerings. Guests can enjoy authentic homemade Italian meals, including exquisite pasta prepared by the family’s skilled Signora, or opt for a Michelin-starred dinner in the enchanting ambience of the palace.
Guests also have exclusive access to the owner’s countryside estates, where truffle forests, vineyards, and olive groves provide an authentic Italian experience.
The historic centre of Orvieto, with its charming restaurants, museums, and landmarks, is right at your doorstep. Plus, Rome, Florence, and Perugia are just a short drive away for day trips.
Casa Bolini is available as three separate apartments or as a whole, offering an unforgettable blend of history, luxury, and authentic Italian living.
- Please note that the property’s three apartments can also be rented separately.
- A car is not necessarily needed when visiting Casa Bolini, all you need can be found in the surrounding Orvieto. The owners will also be able to organise for you visits, pick-ups and tours.
- The owners occupy a private apartment on the first floor and are available on-site to provide concierge services and assistance as part of the staff. Although, guests can enjoy complete privacy by having the entire house at their disposal whenever required.
