This magical old stone farmhouse has just been renovated, and offers nine en-suite bedrooms in traditional luxurious Tuscan styling, close to the ancient town of Volterra.
The villa sits independently upon its own estate offering wonderful 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside that can be observed from the private swimming pool or the al-fresco dining area. There is also a delightful selection of spa facilities that include a heated Jacuzzi, salt cave and massage area, where you can unwind in your own private sanctuary.
This property is perfect for large holidays with friends or family, and also for weddings and large celebrations, with catering and wine tasting on demand, and plenty of exciting cultural and traditional experiences on offer. Learn how to cook pizza the real Italian way at the wood burning stove outside, or go foraging in the olive groves that surround the villa, then see your pickings turned into olive oil by the experts!
- Two of the bedrooms on the first floor are accessed via external staircases.
- A car is a necessity if you want to explore the regional attractions, but there is also more than enough on site to keep you entertained for your whole holiday.

All this is possible at this fabulous villa which has its own spa facilities, owners who are certified wedding planners and use an experienced catering company to provide the best of Tuscan food and wine for your event.
What’s more, this characterful renovated stone farmhouse is set within a 40 acre private estate with olive groves and spectacular countryside views. Watch the sun set over the hills as you dine al fresco beneath the stars and dance the night away.

Wedding Reception
Up to 150 guests can be hosted for a reception across many spots in the 40-acre grounds. The most popular spot is in front of the villa with a fine view of the Tuscan countryside.
Dancing can take place on the grounds near the pool or there are many other options with music continuing as late as you like with no noise restrictions.
Wedding Ceremony
There are many location options throughout the large grounds for a symbolic ceremony– olive groves, areas by the pool, on the lawn etc.
A civil ceremony is possible at the local town hall, 5km away from the villa.
The owners can provide details of an English-speaking celebrant.
Where to Stay
Up to 22 people can sleep at the villa.
There is unlimited accommodation very nearby for any additional guests.
The venue can supply details of local transport firms.
Wedding Planning
The owners are certified wedding planners so can do all the planning in-house for you.
Catering
The venue provides all the catering in-house – an experienced catering company based at the villa is part of the venue’s package.

There are no specific packages but the venue can help arrange an event before the wedding (at an extra cost).

There is limited accessibility by public transport, guests may need rideshare or taxis. There is complimentary on-site car parking. The property is wheelchair accessible – please enquire for more details.

There are no major noise restrictions; parties can extend late into the night.
