Sleeping up to twenty guests, this beautifully restored stone villa combines traditional Tuscan architecture with comfortable, welcoming interiors, featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic fireplaces and soft earthy tones throughout.

Thoughtfully arranged across two connected apartments, the villa offers flexibility for larger groups travelling together. Each side includes its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and inviting living spaces, allowing guests to enjoy both privacy and shared moments with ease. Nine elegant double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, provide a comfortable and restful setting after days spent exploring Tuscany’s vineyards, beaches and historic towns.

Outside, the panoramic setting is a real highlight. The spacious garden opens out to sweeping countryside views, while the heated infinity pool invites long afternoons beneath the Tuscan sun. Covered terraces create shaded spots for leisurely lunches and evening aperitivos, while the stone barbecue and traditional pizza oven make outdoor dining a memorable part of the experience.

Despite its peaceful rural position, Cascina Verdot is well placed for discovering some of Tuscany’s most loved destinations, including Bolgheri, Volterra and San Gimignano, along with beautiful beaches and renowned vineyards nearby.
