Great location
The apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. Kitchen was small but user friendly and everything you needed. Beautiful huge outdoor space. Great location, grocery store across the street, lots of restaurants…everything is walkable. The host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous attention to detail!
The apartment location is perfect, near a grocery and a short walk to everything. The view is lovely as is the outdoor patio and in general, the apartment is very well appointed. Having the 3rd full bathroom proved very useful. The attentiveness of the host staff was beyond exceptional. Our every need and request was granted above and beyond expectations. 5 star personal service at every level.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The location is amazing! And the view is breath-taking! We found it very easy to visit the sites in Florence and pop back to the apartment for a rest out on the terrace before heading back out again. Eleonora was the perfect host. Always reliably meeting us to help us with our bags and bring breakfast each morning. Our only issue was that the listing was plus parking but the parking was, in fact, an additional 65 Euros per day. Otherwise I highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again one day soon!

If you are visiting Firenze, THIS is the place to stay! Trust me. The views, the posh + comfortable space + centrality of the location. The apartment has comfortable space both inside and out, and Eleonora’s hospitality and responsiveness have been unmatched during our three week visit in Italy. She even shared a recommendation for a nearby cobbler for my broken sandal. ✨
Eleonora’s breakfast deliveries were so special and we especially appreciated the fresh squeezed orange juice.
We loved the Tuscany wine tour Eleonora set up for us.

Wonderful apartment. Superb view, very spacious, clean, modern, had everything you could need. The street noise was not bothersome. I would stay here again anytime. Eleonora and Vanessa were very sweet and thoughtful, they helped us with check-in and check-out. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Ponte Vecchio Apartment was fantastic. The view from the living room has to be one of the most beautiful in town. This host is super responsive and helpful. The kitchen would benefit from more cooking gear.
This has to be one of the top Airbnbs in Florence. Highly recommended and we hope to come back.

The place is just amazing
This was my first time in Florence and the apartment was in the perfect area- everything was within walking distance. It's a very safe and secure building with special access key required to the main door, elevator, and even your floor. As a female traveling with two of my daughters, we all felt very safe and secure, which is important when traveling to a new place. The unit is even better than the pictures! The place is just amazing, everything seems brand new and is updated. The view of the bridge and the water takes the unit to the next level. Also, the outside deck is huge and provides so many areas to relax in. Unfortunately, we were there during 100 degree temps and we're not able to utilize it as much as we would have liked. Thank goodness the air works amazingly in this unit!!
Eleanora -our host- was the best! She arranged our transport to and from the train station and offered us help with any questions or recommendations we needed. I would definitely rebook this unit.

The best of the best
To put it simply, this is probably one of the best properties one can find. It is the best of the best, in a brilliant location, furnished to perfection, and a true penthouse treat. Everything was catered for and more. On arrival, we received a bottle of wine, cool drinks in the fridge and many other small little surprises.
Consider yourself very lucky if you are able to book this apartment.

The location is just perfect
The location is just perfect. If you want a wonderful view of Florence this is a place for you. The apartment is really fantastic with lots of space, all appliances are new and in perfect condition. The terrace is simply gorgeous. We really enjoyed the evening drinks and also the breakfast on the terrace. Communication with the owner was great, everything was perfect and perfect without complications.

A treasure in Florence!
We just stayed in this beautiful and modern apartment and it was perfect for me, my husband, and our 20 year old daughter. Amazing views from this very convenient location across the Arno from the Uffizi Gallery. The terrace was large with lovely furnishings. Andrea and staff were helpful, friendly, and prompt. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Even better than the photos
I was excited about this apartment when I booked it, and when I arrived, it was even better than the photos. The Terrace is newly furnished and well appointed.
It just so happened that we arrived in the Florence on the cities birthday, and the 45 min firework display was perfectly viewable from the lounges on the apartment terrace. On the other side of the apartment, we overlooked the river and the Ponte Vecchio bridge and had a front row view to all of the happenings for the festival.
There are great cafes and restaurants close to the apartment and a taxi stand outside the building.
The apartment is really well insulated too. It was silent in the bedrooms.

This location was fantastic. We were in the middle of it all. The restaurants, sites, shopping all within steps of your door. Andrea and Eleonora the owners were quick to respond and would check in to assist if necessary. Eleonora was very helpful with transfers, tours and local suggestions. The apartment is well equipped and pristine. The view is breath-taking and exactly what you see in the app. You are able to enjoy the sounds of the music and people at night from the living room yet it is peacefully quiet in the bedrooms. This will be our go to in Florence when available during visits. It was an unforgettable experience.

We can not say enough about our stay here. Spectacular! The views are incredible and patio roof deck was awesome. The place was exactly as described and the views even better. Can’t wait to come back again!! Additionally our private chef/cooking class was so much fun and the food was so good.

Apartment is fantastic great location overlooking Arno and excellent/ best view of Duomo & ponte Vecchio and city skyline, sunset view, great terrace. Near to everything (walking) and quite. Owners are superb, very helpful and responsive, great local recommendations (arranged an excellent walking tour for us, a must do to know the city and its rich history). The apartment is good size, very well equipped and very well kept. Could not have had a better place to stay for a visit of Florence.

AMAZING!!!! On every level. The view, the location. Was the perfect place. So much that we extended our stay another night. Once you see you will understand. The communication was excellent. Very responsive. This team, Andrea, Cristian, and Eleonora, is the best I have ever experienced.
We had checked out and left the keys inside and realized we had left something behind. We sent a message and they came back to let us in, not once, but twice until we found it. They went above and beyond with every aspect of our stay. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this apartment is and the team that took care of us. We are already planning our next trip which will be back very soon. Thank you all so much for making our stay amazing.

Super kind and helpful hosts, the house is located in a beautiful and very convenient location, I stayed for just one night and the house can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella station, incredible view of Ponte Vecchio from the SUPER living room window you can see all the main monuments of Florence, from Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi, Santa Croce, truly incredible view! then the very comfortable and super livable terrace furnished very well!! Very nice hosts to leave a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Surely when I return to Florence I will choose this super apartment again!!
