Step inside this lovely abode, and you'll be greeted by tasteful and beautiful furnishings that perfectly blend rustic and modern styles. The living/sleeping room features a comfortable double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, and modern amenities such as satellite TV, CD player, and DVD, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind with your loved ones after exploring the countryside.
The room opens up to a stunning terrace that boasts panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and forests, offering a perfect place to catch up on your day and soak in the captivating views whilst the sun sets. A lovely, colourful and fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cosy dining table that seats up to six people.
The kitchen also opens to the garden, providing an ideal spot for an alfresco dining experience amidst the luscious natural surroundings. Two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suites, complete the floor.
Climb up to the upper floor, and you'll find a spacious room with sloping ceilings and a comfortable French bed. The room also features an en-suite and boasts lovely views of the garden, the countryside, and the forest beyond.
Step outside, and you'll be surrounded by a grand and well-kept garden that spans 5,000 square meters and is fenced, ensuring privacy and security during your stay. The garden is adorned with lush green lawns, trees, and an orchard, offering plenty of space for sunbathing, playing, and relaxing in the lap of nature.
The villa also features a stunning swimming pool, available seasonally from May to mid-October. The pool area is perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm day or soaking up some sun while lounging on the deck chairs. For those looking for some entertainment, there is also a table tennis set available and six bicycles that can be used to explore the Tuscan countryside.
Villa del Poggio is ideally located in the residential district of Radda in Chianti, just 2km from the town centre. The villa is also conveniently located within easy driving distance of other popular destinations in Tuscany, such as Castellina in Chianti and Montevarchi.
