Immersed in glorious Tuscan landscapes, set in a vast 300-hectare estate of woodland and rolling fields, I Tebaldi is a magnificent villa just half an hour from the artistic city of Florence, very close to The Mall and other designer outlets selling luxury brands.
Originally the site of a 16th century historic home, the current owners have spent many recent years reconstructing and restoring I Tebaldi to its former glory. Furnished in a classic yet refined style, great attention to detail has been paid to the atmosphere of this relaxing home where the views of the surrounding scenery are wonderful. Unwind under the characterful arches in the living space, dine looking out to captivating valley vistas and prepare feasts in the brilliantly equipped kitchen, also ideal for cookery classes or a private chef. Upstairs, five air-conditioned bedrooms feature mini-bars, safes and satellite TV as well as elegant en suite shower rooms.
Just adjacent to the villa, the barn has also been attractively restored with oak parquet flooring and wood beams painted white to exude a fresh yet characterful ambience. Over two floors, three further en suite bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, allow up to 16 guests to stay across this grand abode.
Enjoy yet more remarkable landscapes from the upper garden terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining or just admiring the Tuscan views whilst pretty steps lead down to the enticing salt-water swimming pool which can be heated on request. Look out towards the olive trees scattered on the lawns as you relax on the sun-loungers whilst more energetic guests can make the most of the gym equipment in the nearby annexe. A 4-person sauna adds an extra touch of luxury to complete this amazing home.
Set out for walks across vast grounds, look out for deer roaming free, wander through the oak forests and be mesmerised by the extraordinary scenery. The estate also includes Casa Marlena and Villino Lepre - each villa is privately positioned and a short drive from each other, perhaps ideal for families or friends wanting to travel together yet retain their own privacy.
A short drive brings you to a small supermarket and local restaurants as well as the famous designer outlet malls selling Gucci, D&G, Burberry and other high-end names. The mighty city of Florence itself is just half an hour by car whilst the artistic treasures of Arezzo are also waiting to be discovered within an hour.
Spend time exploring the vineyards of Chianti, head a little further to sample Vino Nobile in Montepulciano or come across idyllic hilltop villages and towns including well-known places such as San Gimignano, Empoli and of course Siena. In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this really is a picture-perfect setting for getting to know this enchanting and world-famous part of Italy.

A 16th century home which has been gorgeously restored, I Tebaldi is ideal for an intimate event inside or a celebration amongst the picture-perfect terraces and romantic gardens with captivating views towards the rolling hills and oak woodland where deer roam free.
Whether sipping Chianti beside the swimming pool, dining overlooking the olive trees or dancing inside the classic villa, the timeless elegance of I Tebaldi is sure to enchant both you and your guests.
At the end of the event, the newly-weds and close family and friends can retire to one of the eight luxurious bedrooms whilst many other guests can be transported back to one of the other villas scattered across this vast estate.

Additional Fees for Events
As well as villa rental, there is an events fee and then extra costs for all services (catering, flowers, entertainment, chairs, tables, photography, marquee hire etc).
Wedding Reception
The beautiful grounds are ideal for a reception. Dancing can take place outside with a time restriction of 1.00 a.m. (music volumne should be lowered at midnight)
In the case of poor weather, there is space for up to 50 wedding guests inside the villa. A marquee may also be possible on request, depending on the time of year - this would need to be rented separately.
Wedding Ceremony
A symbolic ceremony can be set up near the swimming pool, by the olive trees or on the terrace.
Alternatively, a catholic ceremony may be possible in a nearby church with a priest (who speaks Italian, Spanish and French).
Where to Stay
I Tebaldi sleeps up to 18 guests whilst the vast estate is also home to Casa Marlena (12-16 guests), Villa Vasari (10-14 guests) and Villino Lepre (2-3 guests).
Other accommodation options can also be arranged for further guests and transportation can also be organised to and from the venue.

You can use the owner’s wedding planner or bring your own.
Catering
The owners have caterers that work with them for special events - they prefer you to choose from this list. If you wish to bring your own chef, it may be possible but only with prior discussion and permission from the owners.
Wedding Packages
There are no specific packages but the venue may be able to help you arrange a welcome event or brunch after the wedding but this will all need to be discussed at the time of booking. Please note pool parties are not permitted.

There is limited accessibility by public transport, guests may need rideshare or taxis. There is complimentary on-site car parking. There is limited wheelchair access – please enquire for more details.
Flexibility on Duration
The minimum stay is 3 nights or 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday), depending on the season.

Noise should be turned down at midnight and off by 1.00 a.m.

There is limited security measures in place (as always, guests are responsible for their belongings).

The venue has a preferred list of suppliers for marquee hire, wedding planning, catering and other services.
Please note that whilst the villa can host up to 50 guests during the wedding/event, only guests staying at the villa (max 18) are allowed on site at other times.
