Accommodating up to 37 guests in 20 luxurious bedrooms, Dimora Torricella is a truly breath-taking villa mansion in the heart of Tuscany, just a short drive from the enchanting city of Florence.
Five magnificent buildings are dispersed across the historical family estate of a highly acclaimed Renaissance Italian artist. The estate is made up of the main villa, the farmhouse, the gallery, the olive press and the studio. Each building has been restored tastefully and lovingly to retain an authentic Florentine charm while adding a fresh sense of class and elegance, demonstrated by the exquisite antique furnishings in every room.
Across the estate, there are seven living rooms, five kitchens, two cellars, a shared chapel and a spa. The kitchens are incredibly modern, with all the latest facilities to fulfil any culinary desires. Daily continental breakfast is provided on a complimentary basis, but a skillful local chef and full catering can be provided if desired, too.
Around each building, there are verandas, courtyards and even a great outdoor pool where you can gather to enjoy a relaxing afternoon meal or an evening glass of wine and from which you can appreciate the magnificent views of the hills, fields and wondrous sunsets.
Many of the luxurious bedrooms on the estate feature king-sized beds, a walk-in wardrobe and stylish marble bathroom with either an incredibly soothing rain shower or a spacious bath. The main villa, in which a noble Italian family once lived, has six double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is the panoramic master bedroom, which takes up the whole of the top floor!
There are 30 hectares of manicured lawns and perfectly maintained gardens including a lake, vineyards, woodland and olive groves, for you to explore and enjoy to your heart’s content. There are also two swimming pools, a spa and a fitness centre with a mini-gym, sauna, hydro-pool, Turkish bath, massage area and a specialist shower equipped for hydrotherapy, chromotherapy and aromatherapy, allowing you to feel truly relaxed and invigorated.
With plenty of private parking space, this is the perfect base from which to explore Tuscany. Florence is nearby where you will find more activities than you will ever find time for!

- Please note other guests may be staying in a separate private quarter of the estate which has no access to the villas, restaurant, SPA, swimming pool or outdoor spaces, therefore, will not interfere with your stay.

Wedding Ceremony
The pool garden is a stunning spot to host your ceremony with views towards Florence’s Duomo and the surrounding olive groves. The Renaissance Garden can also be set up for a ceremony.
Wedding Reception
The villa’s Renaissance Garden can host a grand gala dinner for up to 140 guests whilst the courtyard would be suitable for a more intimate event for up to 80 people. The courtyard could also be ideal for a welcome cocktail, barbecue or brunch at any time during you stay.
Making the most of the glorious views towards Florence and the surrounding olive groves, the pool garden is another picture-perfect spot for an aperitif, brunch, pizza party or barbecue with space for up to 140+ guests in an informal yet beautiful setting.
In the case of poor weather, up to 30 guests can be seated inside the ‘Locanda’ barn for a dinner whilst there is also space for the same amount of people on the ground floor of the main villa. The ground floor of The Olive Press is an ideal spot for an after-dinner party/dancing for up to 120 people or round tables can be set up to sit 40 people for a meal.
It is also possible to rent a marquee for the Renaissance Garden – this is the poor-weather option for more than 40 guests.

Wedding Planning
The owner and two concierge staff can take on the role of planning the event, although this is not mandatory and guests may arrange their own wedding planner.
Catering
The venue works with approved external caterers for the gala dinner but other catering is usually done in-house. Corkage fees apply.
Where To Stay
The estate can sleep up to a maximum of 37 guests plus three extra beds on request whilst there are many other accommodation options within a short drive. Transportation can be arranged.
Venue Accessibility
The property is fully wheelchair accessible. There is complimentary parking on-site. There is limited accessibility via public transportation, guests may need rideshares or taxis.
Wedding Suppliers
The venue can help coordinate their own suppliers for services such as DJs, musicians, florists, fireworks, make-up artists and photographers etc. They have exclusive companies they work for when it comes to music, flowers, bar staff and transportation.

Children are welcome (no event childcare services are available).
Noise Restrictions
Music can be played outdoors until approximately 10.30 p.m. and please note there are taxes payable (in advance) for live music. The event should end by 3.00 a.m. with outdoor music stopping by 10.30 p.m.
Other Information
The use of fireworks requires special permission to be arranged in advance (the venue must give a minimum of 60 days’ notice to the city hall) and they must end by 11.00 p.m.
Events can take place from March to November as well as Christmas / New Years.
There are no restrictions on decoration and themes - bring your creative ideas!
The venue uses surveillance cameras to monitor the premises.
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
