Castel Federigo

Set deep within the rolling hills of Arezzo, Castel Federigo rises from a sea of olive groves and chestnut woods, its stone turrets and Renaissance loggias standing quietly against the vast Tuscan sky. Built in a distinctive square layout with four corner towers and a raised central body, this 16th-century castle offers an extraordinary escape steeped in heritage and charm.

Inside, twelve spacious bedrooms sleep up to twenty four guests, each offering its own unique character. Vaulted ceilings adorned with frescoes, painted wooden beams, antique furnishings and soft textiles from the renowned local weaver Busatti create a sense of quiet elegance throughout. One standout suite features a remarkable frescoed ceiling, while others look out to the hills or across the gardens below.

A glazed loggia leads to a small chapel, ideal for peaceful moments or simply basking in the filtered afternoon light. The main dining room, framed by French windows, opens onto a terrace for alfresco gatherings, with another table and chairs nestled in the garden.
